Since its establishment in 2004, the Civil Engineering and Development Department has been dedicated to providing quality engineering services over the past 20 years to address the development needs of Hong Kong. We provide four main areas of services, provision of land and infrastructure, port and marine services, geotechnical services and environmental and sustainability services.
