kahit hindi po plated na shoes pwede, things to consider na lang po siguro sa pag bili ang maipapayo ko. Since 42k po yung event, dapat well cushioned na shoe, at breathability ay dapat meron consideration din dapat magaan yung shoe. Mahirap po kase mag bigay ng exact model at brand kase depende din po kase sa nag susuot.

sir jay may takbo kami sa sur50 sa surigao city , pwede makihingi advice na gagamitin na sapatos para sa 50k , ung may carbon plate ba or wala ? kasi sabi ng iba baka masira daw ang paa kung may carbon plate sir jay
If 50k po, sure halos wala pong epekto yan. 50k ay parang 42k na distance sa effort. I've used flame 3.0 sa 100k ultra at buo pa naman po yung paa ko. hehe Fastest runner sa ultra marathon sa buong mundo uses nike vaporfly☺

Kung gusto nyo ng same upper sa 3.0, but same fit sa 3.5, yung 3.0 nalang bilhin nyo then swap nalang ng insole ksi yung insole sa 3.0 ang nipis. Nagka slight issue ako sa fit so yung insole nilagay ko is from another running shoe 0 drop, around 4-5mm thickness. na try ko yung thick 6mm medyo di na stable at masikip na. Also yung na swap ko is medyo firm na insole, hindi yung foamy, kasi kung firm nandun pa yung response, sa foamy medyo na comfy lang pero it's only the feel wala naman performance impact either way.
@@dikojay86 Happy to share. For context lang, di ako maka size down sa 3.0 kasi sakto na sa footshape ko, kung half size down yung lateral side sa toes ko mabangga na sa lateral curve. Yung slight issue ko lang is nag move around yung toes ko kahit makapal na socks sobra lang yung volume para sa akin which is fine kung daily trainers pero pang race fit mas gusto ko ng snug feeling.

Then nag risk ako sa size 9 from 9.5 sa 3.0 okay naman may allowance sa toe kaso narrow talaga napaltos small toe ko. Ginawa ko pinalitan ko insole ng manipis. Pero mas bouncy talaga 3.5 at mas malambot ung foam nagustuhan ko sya kesa 3.0
