MY favorite game of all time. It's the game I ALWAYS go back to. I have the Switch version, but I LOVE those old graphics. Just something about it. Ripper Roo is the best character. Overjoyed to see this here.

Why, cause its a girl lol, the first one was fantastic. Naughty dog are tried and true developers. They are moving the story from the first one in an interesting way. The gameplay is super solid and nothing seems different. The less lames like you who think theres like identity politics or whatever in games cause the character is a girl or gay the better.

@@nolin335 Complete and utter rubbish and an insult, I stayed away from the leaks that ND said was not true and guess what everything about the leaks that I have now read are true. Sony and ND lied to everyone and they just don't care, Neil Druckman even has a collectors card under the name of Dr Uckman in the game that I found where he awards himself 100 for intelligence. This game butchers the LORE for TLOU universe, Joel, Tommy and Ellie are like completely different people., they are more like parodies, it's so clear that Amy Henning and Bruce were not involved and Neil was given free reign. The animations on the characters are just weird especially when walking in a scripted section, that GTA5 speed up and slow down is present even tho people swore it wasn't. Game play is no different from the first outing, there is nothing new going on and lots and lots of boring fillers to pad the fact out there is no story, no engaging story anyway. Neil Druckman said ND wants to shock the audience do things different do what other studios don't, other studios don't do this because this NDs approach and story telling this time does not work. The death of Joel is a complete insult not just that this nobody who is so wooden and boring kills him, but that it's out of your hands and whole thing is a cutscene, oh and Abbeys BF spits on Joels corpse that's the BF who is Druckmans double. The sex scene i'm still haunted about as it is just weird!, it's like a Druckman fantasy played out. I could go on but there is no point, Sony and ND are dead to me, they have lied in the build up to release and completely insulted a loyal fan base that had seven years invested. Especially in 2020 gaming is good to escape reality especially with lockdown and all the misery in the world, this game will just make you feel worse with it's hard left agenda, within the first ten minutes the word bigot is thrown around, Sony and ND are big on double standards and their behaviour to any criticism with certain TH-camrs that called them out is outrageous. Anyway i'm ranting but i'm burned, oh and if any of the journos that found fault but still awarded a 10/10 your dead to me, any wonder why people go off the user reviews on here and tomatoes these days, journos award 10/10 out of fear so the left don't go after them, lose their job and get called a Nazi for not agreeing.
Battle mode was a lot of fun, just a shame the ps1 needed the multi-tap for 4 players. Love the ps1, always have but the 4 (built in) controller ports is always something the n64 will have over it.

By now, I think remake almost replace this game. Had it not been the added microtransactions thanks to Acitivision, it would of been perfect. Yes you can play without spending a dime but grinding is the biggest downside to that game.
Easy to learn, difficult to master goes well with this.
I would say this was the first truly skill based kart racer, it played more like a sega model 2 arcade game than a mario kart clone in my opinion
