Hi there, airports do not have quota bags. And normally, whatever is on display is readily available for sale. The bag can be exchanged at your local store normally; unless the airport store is a concession (I believe that is what it is called).
Black Birkin bag, this is the first good choice I made. I can afford a Kelly bag in any color. If I were 25, I'd probably buy it. But now I consciously don't want to date a woman who has a Kelly and a Birkin. After coming into contact with *condup* , I am more willing to invest the money saved in my own growth.

Why would you “pre-spend” at an airport boutique if your goal is to ever get a quota bag? Unless you only want a non-quota. And maybe let the SA know colors you’re interested or not interested in before they bring a bag out and you get all put out? How would she know that you hate orange?!

And in the beginning she asked orange herbag for me, before I chose the prespend, I said no so clearly she knew, but still brought out an orange garden party for me. She never asked my color preference. Honestly I am very new to the game and every time I have asked for non-quota recently it has been no except for this instance at the airport…

Well, if I own a bike store and I offer you multiple bikes and you reject them all, how is it different if I stop offering you any bike? You are playing the victim but the way you describe it, maybe you played your cards too well - got a shit**y colour and then you got an upgrade. There was no drama, you’re creating it in your head. 😅

Buy the non quota bag on their website. There’s plenty of choices with no hassle.
