My balloons stick to the gelatin at the end. Do I need to oil the balloons first?

My question too. I assume they will melt if you use icing?
dip the bottom in melted chocolate, this way you will create a buffer between the icing and the balloon.

Unfortunately not.
I get a solid drip as balloon won't stay up it leans to the side
Then you put the tape around the balloons, try to place the edge of the tape as close as you can to the balloon, that way it will support the balloon. and the second tip is to shake the gelatin of as much as possible before turning it upside down.
