Mentioning Defibrillators by Dr Amadi struck a cord with me.
Here in the UK, a child in a primary school died a few years ago from a condition which a Defibrillator could have salvaged.
The family took a public campaign for the government to provide defibrillators in all schools. Now, the government has rolled out the program to equip every school in UK with a Defibrillator.

That 15billion if divided into 30,it will give 500million ,let say that amount is spread to all federal hospitals it will do a little this year , that means in four years all those hospitals would have gotten 2billion each. Imagine what it would do. God help this nation
