What do I need to do to keep them down and also bring the nail to it original al color cause my toenails are a little dark. My doctor gave me lamasil which I put on the nail but I don't think it works much
I get these on my second toe because it’s longer then the rest of my toes & it rubs against the inside tip of my shoes. So do I buy a bigger size & get blisters on my heels or do I buy the correct size & suffer with the pain of the tip of my toe rubbing? 🥺
So I don’t have fungal nails but I have remnants of curly toes with the distal toe bending sideways. My toenails are fungus free, but I get a lot of the white flaky skin underneath the white part of the nail. What is it and how can I minimize it?
