Dr. Jefferson what do you recommend to exfoliate the feet at home?

They have a scrub at Sally’s called callus remover wash your feet and put this stuff in 5 min and then rinse well it will remove any excess skin I use one a week I use in my cuticles but only 2 min and push my cuticles back and the. Wash well don’t use a stone or shaver this promotes more callus

At the end of a longer shower or bath rub them really well with a rougher textured cloth, but don’t shave or grind at home to prevent injury or infection- especially if you have other conditions already! The stuff at Sally’s is called blue cross cuticle remover and it is amazing for dead skin while being gentle and not eating at live tissue! And affordable.
