I'd like a list of all the parks that will accept my Labrador Retriever, primarily around Sebring, down as far as Lake Placid and going up as far as Lakeland. Nothing fancy - clubhouse and pool. An internal or nearby dog park would be great. Everything else is negotiable. Can you help?
Join my Inner Circle (free) and download a complete list for the state. www.floridamfghome.com/Buyer-Resources You can request a statewide CoOp list also by joining our Inner Circle. It's Free! www.floridamfghome.com/Buyer-Resources There may be other ROCs, such as subdivisions, but lists are not readily available. Check Real-Estate listings in the area for manufactured homes. Unfortunately pet rules are park specific and rarely published in detail. They also change at times. The only way to be sure is to call the park and ask. If you decide to seriously consider the park ask the manager if they can e-mail you the park rules.
Wanted to sell home in Deland, FL and buy Park Model home but seems about impossible to find a mobile home lot to buy in North east FL. Volusia , Flager co area, Still looking.
I'm doing a video on a community in Volusia with a fully furnished home at 30K this week. I suggest you look through the listings from Four Star Homes. The link is on my website. www.floridamfghome.com/Buyer-Resources
Sorry you are having difficulty. The website is www.floridamfghome.com/ and Facebook is facebook.com/RussellSWatson. I do not have a list of communities where you own the land. You can try FlROC or MidFLROC. The links are on the website.
@@RussellWatsonFMHL Thanks, I heard it was high and in some places hard to get. After I retired in 07 I tried Rving for a few years. I was okay with insurance until I decided to park it and live full time. Most insurance companies wouldn't insure fulltime living in an RV, A company called Foremost would insure but very high price. Thanks again, great video's!
Thank you for sharing your expertise and insight!
Glad it was helpful!
I have been a subscriber for a bit but as I plan to make the move within a year I want to thank you for such helpful information in all avenues.

How hard is it to get homeowner's insurance?
Easy, but not cheap. I'm paying a little over 2K this year.

Do you know a Community that has a garage in Florida?
Do you mean homes with garages or some sort of community garage?
Yes homes that have garages
@@robertpaetow7812 Many newer manufactured homes have garages and are found where new home sales still occur. Park Place, in Sebastian, is an example.
I could buy a cheap place...but can't afford all the utilities..by my self
