I wish you had a European distribution center so we can buy your products without the huge customs fees. I’m sure you would have great success here. love your products
We have several dealers in Europe. Cregtech in the UK is one of our main ones. You can also check if there is someone closer to you if you go yo our website and click the dealers link.
@@myridesPT do you guys have any major parts dealers like our Revzilla? I have been looking for contacts to establish in Spain/Portugal area. If there is a big dealer/distributor that you know of, i will get my people to see if they would be interested in getting our brand on board.
@@TSTindustries we have motocard that is a huge site with many physical stores. was awesome if we can buy your products here at Europe without the custom fees. I have many friends that love your products too! 💪
Why would you guys make the smooth hole bosses on the closeout so damn cheap?? Mine literally just sheered off before the screw even got halfway through! Big waste of money.
To design a part that flows with the bodywork and matches the parts it mates with we had to use a thermoplastic similar to what the OE undertail is made of. The mounts on the subframe have small holes so we can't pass larger bosses through. We either had to compromise the aesthetic of the design by passing countersink type flathead screws from the outside, or use the solution you see on your closeout. The forward bosses are primarily positional, very secondarily load bearing, so they aren't stressed in normal use. In the past we successfully executed other similar parts with similar features, one being the closeout for the Z900, in use since 2019 with very few problems reported. Most of the problems we see on parts with this type mounting features come from the installer mixing up the larger diameter screws with the smaller ones, and fracturing the smaller bosses by using the larger screws in there. We understand that the assembly mode may be challenging so we offer a very detailed installation video that showcases all the steps, and emphasizes the correct hardware use. That video was based on, and followed many successful installations during the R&D and testing phases. With all those bases covered we are very confident in this product, but also understand that sometimes unexpected things happen. This is why we have excellent support staff available through our website. Please contact us at TSTindustries.com so we can help you out.
@@TSTindustries thank you for your response. It's just frustrating that it took a good while to come in due to being out of stock at most vendors and then broke during a seemingly easy install.
Did you purchase this kit directly from us or one of our authorized dealers? Please be sure to include that information when you contact our Support Team.@@kforeal6809
UPDATE *. I contacted them and they are willing to work with me on this matter. Very professional team you guys have! Thank you for your assistance and advice.
