i think he's saying that's possible because of how new members are usually subjected to collab ban during the first month they debut, it happens with across all the branches in holopro. Because of lower amount of watchers holostars just weren't included in the banning practice before, but things could be different now. I get why they do it though. New members have to establish their own viewerbase before collabing on other members' streams, i guess part of it might be also that they've also become a bit more relaxed around each other by then, since they can talks offscreen, just not on stream together. 👀
