Three civil service aspirants died after the basement of an IAS coaching centre in Delhi's Karol Bagh was flooded after heavy rain lashed the city, officials said on Saturday. The victims comprised one male student and two females.
According to initial reports, the students, who were attending Rao IAS Coaching Institute, went missing since the incident. Later, the body of one girl student was recovered.

Why the coaching centre staff need to be arrested? It is completely the blunder mistake of the Delhi govt who can’t even use proper drainage system to pump the water when it is flooded ..

There are many road, where the rain water logged, as it happen at Old Rajendera nagar. But the problem is that how the basement filled with rain water. The building owner doesnt keep this point during construction. So the building owner is the man who caused this problem due to low level of building as compared to road.

Every where cement forest that is the reason basement floor completely covered with cement and there's no natural porous soil ground which can absorb water and water led to water stagnation and also there were no drain holes planned by builder for stagnant water to pass through underground drainage carelessness led to tragic incidents and security personnel of that building should have informed about the scenario to higher authority to avoid any mishaps to precious human lives

And the second police and mcd, who allows the coaching center library to run in basement. There are hundred of coaching center, library and zym running in basement . The police and mcd is also responsible for this incident.
