It is, Pune Police openly resorts to vasooli from whoever finds themselves on the wrong side of law, no matter how minor the infraction. They beat up whoever they feel like, local muscles move around with impunity while the police does nothing even on being reported of the incident, drugs are sold in the vicinity of colleges and schools, some of the peddlers have propped up their shop within 1 km of police stations.

1. She did not clear or get IRS. She wasn't even there in the final recommendation list of that year's UPSC though she had appeared for the interview. This means that she did not possess required valid documents hence upsc denied her any allocation.
2. Secondy, it's very easy for her to get the fake disability certificate from the gov. hospital in Ahmednagar for the reasons known to all by now.
3. Even if the person has disability certificate issued by any state authority, mandtory validation is to be done from the hospitals as directed by upsc. She failed to do the same. Medical Examination Rules clearly say that failure to attend the examination at such hospitals will result in disqualification of the candidate. Reasons given by this lady for such non examination are just lame execuses on the face of it.
4. This whole controversy has risen because this lady failed to minutely read the upsc notification wherein it does not count mental illness as one of the disabilities in PWD 5 category for this particular exam. According to the PWD 2016 Act, UPSC has full discretion to do it.
5. It's only later that this lady realises that mental illness, which is easy to fake and difficult to verify is not a part of PWD 5 for UPSC CSE. She wouldn't be able to able to get reservation under that category.
6. Hence, what she does is to approach Bombay HC and thenafter CAT for directing UPSC to include mental illness as one of the categories in PWD 5. This relief which she claimed was declined. So ideeally, she should have been disqualified from the process thenafter.
7. Most fishy part starts after this. There is no information available about what documents were submitted by her after that and to whom and how was she inducted in the service.
8. In addition to this are other alleged lies of parents being seperated (which they aren't) which would help her categorisation in non-creamy layer. They were not seperated. Her father was is a direct Class 1 recruit in the State PCS. He was serving at that time. According to the creamy layer rules, irrespective of the income, she would be categorised as creamy layer OBC not entitled to any reservation if any of her parents are direct class 1 recruits or have been promoted from Class 2 to Class 1 before the age of 40.

As far a the IAS candidate is concerned, she would should be punished if she has misrepresented her disability or used extra facilities prohibited by Law. Any UPSC staff who helped her in misrepresentation(if any) should be punished according to law.

They Accept The Certificates On Preliminary Stages Presented By The Candidates. That They To Their Knowledge Are Submitting An Acceptable And True Proof.
Once Most Of The Candidates Are Put Through The Semi-permiable Process Of Selection. It Is Then At _The Medical Stage_ That The Claims Of The Candidate Is Verified. Appearing Or Failing To Do So Leads To Cancellations OF The Candidature Or They Are Even Debarred From Future Recruitment Attempts Or In A Lot Of Cases It Goes To A Tribunal (Just Like In Case Of This Woman). Now The Question Is How The Hell Did The Tribunal Accepted Her Certificate Even After UPSC Denied It?
An Investigation Should Be Mounted On The Members Of This Tribunal. They Did Something Very Fishy And Clearly Against The Rule. They Are Probably Culpable In This _Golmaal!_ And If Found Guilty Should Be Held Accountable. They Too Are Answerable.
If he was her arguing counsel he should have seen prime facie as to whether she was actually physically handicapped or not, being not only her counsel but also an officer of the Court.

All channels just pass it off as she was on reserve list... and later selected from that... but the issue is in the UPSC interview they know whose daughter she is and can boost her chances. If she is on reserve list it should be at the bottom of those who cleared UPSC my guess.

First she appeared in 2019 exam and cleared it and got was getting irs and he represented her for that prelims with disability. He states he was having evidence of disability and upsc rejected her that year. Do u think he represented her without any monetary deals with a rich family and do u really believe he didn't know what was required of him? Ur too innocent if u see everything in black snd white. Look beyond what is said look at what was not mentioned to get a clear idea. Laweres know how to guard themselves in case of their clients getting caught that's their leverage for representing these type of people they can distance themselves easily if things go south.

Why would an eminent and celebrity lawyer like Sai Deepak take on a tuchh case of a failed UPSC aspirant demanding her OMR sheet? If she paid a good amount for it, does it not raise a red flag in the eyes of Sai Deepak that how a non creamy layer person can pay a big amount? Could Sai Deepak not see that she does not face any noticeable impairment of vision? He can hide behind the certificates but these obvious red flags should have been enough to refuse the case.
That's the problem with JSD. Never was convinced with him. Big talks but no substance

yes, this is common in NEET also, i belong to aiims bbsr, i have my batchmates who have misused pwd category and ews category to get into this prestigious college with not so good marks, and they make mockery of our govt officers who take money and help in getting these fake certificates.
right measures have to be taken to assess the ews and obc nc and pwd category appliants, .
i even know a senior who went to aiims delhi with a fake ews certificate, her both parents were rich doctors from mumbai, who flew frequently in flights to meet her, how can she belong to EWS ...
the examination process of upsc interview stage is also soooo unfair...

1. HOW AN OBC CERTIFICATE SINCE SHE FITS A CREAMY LAYER? HER FATHER IS AN OFFICER AND HAS GREATER ANNUAL INCOME
2. WHY PUT MENTALLY ILL AS AN ELGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR OFFICERS JOB? NO DISCRIMIANTION BUT PROVIDE A LEVEL PLAYING FIELD LIKE AN ALTERNATE JOB AS PER THEIR COMPETENCY (NOT NECESSARILY IAS WHOHC CAN JEOPARDISE PUBLIC SAFETY)
3. WHY DOES THE UPSC HAVE ONLY RECRUITMENT ROLE ? AND NOT A ROLE LIKE INVESTIGATION OR PENALTY FOR OFFICERS MISCONDUCT?
WHY NOT A CONSTITUIONAL BODY HAVE THIS COURT ROLE ? WHY GIVE IT TO THE MINSITRY OF PERSONNLE WHICH IS GOVT CONTROL???
Can A non creamy layer candidate whose annual income is less than 8 lakh rupees afford to hire advocate Jbsai deepak 😂😂😂.or advocate j sai deepak will fight case for a person whose income is less than 8 lakh per annum 😂😂

OBC NCL status for children of Group C/D govt employees does not include salary ,agriculture income...it only includes income from other sources such as rental ,fd interest etc...many don't know this....for the 3 consecutive years before applying certificate the income shouldn't be higher than 8 lakhs.
After 40 cores property she is certified obc ? nice joke so what they checked while they give this certification , once backward class has good wealth or good job in there immediate family members they should be remove from backward class !
