This video came about at just the right time. My mom is a very talented artist but has never had huge success in the fine art world. She's elderly now and has health issues. I started looking into ways to get her artwork out to the world but it seemed overwhelming! I really want to do this for her because she gave up a lot back when she was young to raise her family, basically choosing us over a big art career. I have really been looking into Printful as a partner because of the variety of products they make, from canvas prints to shirts to things I never even thought of! Trying to get started and where to sell has seemed daunting without a lot of $ to start with. Thanks for sharing this. I feel so much better now. I can't wait to help my family out with this!

I was able to connect my Etsy store without making a listing. Also, the 6928 & 183,344 sales that you mentioned is not the sales for those individual shirts, that's the number of sales of items in their entire stores, not just that one t-shirt design.

Hello everyone, just wanted to follow up because a few people reached out to me to see how I'd done. As I formerly said I didn't last a week, but I've decided to try again. I only got to 5 reels on facebook 3 pertaining to meditation and 1 on gardening and the other I was making incense. The stats reached 300 people, 13 engagements and 6 new clients, so all in all I consider that a success. I'll continue to update. Monique we need a tutorial on making TH-cam shorts and thanks so much for this challenge to go outside our comfort zone.

I have to thank you. About two months, I followed your exact steps on creating my etsy store, MKDesignsbyShakira, and it worked. I have received some sales as a result. I thank you for so freely sharing your knowledge. I am still on a bit of a learning curve, but your video definitely gave me the ability to get started. :)
I watch a lot of videos about print on demand, and this is a great video!! There are people out there who have been doing POD for a while now, and Etsy is becoming way oversaturated when it comes to making t-shirts. There are many other POD platforms, but the reality is that it can take a few years or more to actually make any money off of POD. And you have to be on many platforms, usually to make bank. Some get lucky though and make some great designs and make lots of sales. One of those t-shirts in the video is one by a bestseller, and most bestsellers have been doing POD for 15+ years or more to get that much cash.

Thank you, I've watched this your video when it was published. But life came along and along and I finally got through cleaning and remembered that it was a goal to open and Etsy shop and so forth before the end of the year. One goal crosses off and praying the shop gets the success it will get.
I got accepted into Amazons “print on demand” program and downloaded canvas and posted my design for sale on a t-shirt, cellphone case, and pop socket and never sold anything. I was pretty bummed because I was looking forward to some extra income.. I wish I could have gotten some tips on that.
Honestly it’s going to take a lot of research to figure out what people are looking for so that you can create concepts around that…I have a tool I’ll be sharing in another video some time this month that will help you to use the right keywords and be discovered by people so that they can buy your products.

If a customer places an order for these POD products that I list on Etsy, am I responsible for paying Printful directly for my cost? Let's say Printful charges $15.00 for a sweatshirt and I list to Etsy as $25.00 + $5.00 shipping. Customer pays $30, do I pay $15 directly to Printful for them to fulfill the order or can I use $15 from what the customer has paid to pay Printful.

Can you discuss fulfillment cost? This tends to be left out of many videos. You need money to sell with Printful or Printify.
They charge your account first when an order comes through and not a large amount. It depends on the items

Thank you, I've watched this your video when it was published. But life came along and along and I finally got through cleaning and remembered that it was a goal to open and Etsy shop and so forth before the end of the year. One goal crosses off and praying the shop gets the success it will get.

I got accepted into Amazons “print on demand” program and downloaded canvas and posted my design for sale on a t-shirt, cellphone case, and pop socket and never sold anything. I was pretty bummed because I was looking forward to some extra income.. I wish I could have gotten some tips on that.
Honestly it’s going to take a lot of research to figure out what people are looking for so that you can create concepts around that…I have a tool I’ll be sharing in another video some time this month that will help you to use the right keywords and be discovered by people so that they can buy your products.

If a customer places an order for these POD products that I list on Etsy, am I responsible for paying Printful directly for my cost? Let's say Printful charges $15.00 for a sweatshirt and I list to Etsy as $25.00 + $5.00 shipping. Customer pays $30, do I pay $15 directly to Printful for them to fulfill the order or can I use $15 from what the customer has paid to pay Printful.
