      Assalam o alaikum Falak. I made the brownies again but this time single batch method in an 8x8 pan but it came out super thin and not at all like the regular 4 egg batch. Where did i wrong?

    • @TheHomeMakerBaker
      @TheHomeMakerBaker  ปีที่แล้ว

      WoA, that shouldn’t happen. Were you eggs large? And also did you beat them enough? Another reason could be the rising agents not being potent/fresh enough

    • @madihasalman1188
      @madihasalman1188 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes large eggs and i did beat if for 15 mins. I think i will try changing my baking powder although used the same one for the first batch.

    Amazing recipe, can't wait to try it. 😍 I have a question though. Will the ingredients you have mentioned for 8x8 inches work for 23x22 cm pan?

    • @TheHomeMakerBaker
      @TheHomeMakerBaker  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It definitely will but the bigger the pan the less height the brownie will have as it spreads out more so it wont be as thick as u see in the video but delicious nonetheless

  • @nicholi5926
    @nicholi5926 ปีที่แล้ว

    Apparently these are delicious and I would love to try them although I would like to know if anyone that has tried it know if it is still soft the next day? I’ve tried several recipes and some go hard the next day

    • @TheHomeMakerBaker
      @TheHomeMakerBaker  ปีที่แล้ว

      Chocolate in any recipe can settle and seemingly get hard after a while but these are still very fudge-like the next day. That being said, microwaving them for 10sec can make them super soft again ^_^

    Hello! Thank u so much for sharing. May I know what kind of sugar you're using in the video? I have 3 types of sugar ready at home: normal granulated sugar, castor sugar and extra fine sugar.
    And I'm not sure which one's the best option to make this brownies.
    Thank you so much!

    • @TheHomeMakerBaker
      @TheHomeMakerBaker  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, i am using regular sugar (it has almost salt sized crystals) if your normal granulate sugar is the same or near use that otherwise go with extra fine

    Is it only sugar that gives it that crackly top. Tried low carb keto version with erythritol but it never gets that top crust. ☹️

      @TheHomeMakerBaker shame. Even tried allulose which is very similar to sugar even molecule level. It caramelises when heated and keeps ur sweets soft.
