🍵 matcha cookie recipe 🍪
(mix dry ingredients then combine wet ingredients one by one, bake in the oven for 12 minutes on 180 and leave to set (for soft, gooey cookies. bake longer for crunchy/crispy cookies)
125g dairy-free spread or margarine
100g caster sugar
2 tbsp soy alternative to milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
150g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
white chocolate buttons (quantity up to you)
2 x tsp matcha powder
