The funniest thing is, Tiz pretty much spoiled it when first seeing her. I'm pretty sure that went over a lot of heads on their first playthrough, including me.
Chapter 7 has literally no reason to exist other than showing that Airy's wings are counting down. But they could have just started at 4 in the first place.
+Swiggity Swag in my opinion, they should have cut out chapter five, and merged chapters seven and eight. we still get the looping worlds established, but with far less tedium.
writting the game arround the time loop and connection to other worlds, and integrating those themes into the gameplay and game progression was such a bold move, one which sadly makes it a chore to replay but such a unique experience, best detail in this game is the background of the final boss, which is torn to show other worlds, then if you played on the og 3ds, the camera would activate without you knowing. So while fighting this final boss you look at the background and then see eyes!! and they move! and then you realise it's your own eyes and oh my god what a spectacular feeling experiencing that for the first time, definitely one of the smartest use of being on a portable hardware with a camera, i'm still holding my memories of my first time playing this game close to my heart!
I really wanted to play Bravely Second but could not for the life of me remember what happened in the second half of Bravely Default, this video was perfect, thanks man!
With the celestial thingy with Tiz, I think that the celestial in Tiz is supposed to be the player. Think about it. When the celestial realm opens in the final battle, the 3DS camera turns on and displays your face in the background. Ourobouros might be trying to gain enough power to invade the real world, a.k.a, the Celestial Realm. The celestial in Tiz supposedly make the warriors of light you control "different from the others", according to Airy, and these are the only Warriors of Light you control, allowing them to break the chain. It might just be me being wierd, but hey, it's not like it's new for me.
Forrest (Spoiler Bravely Second) in Bravely Second Tiz wakes up because of another celestial called Altair which has a very deep connection with the story of this game.
@Kuma I prefer the make everyone a Valkyrie (read: Dragoon) with at least 1 of them knowing hasten world from time mage, then never take damage again strategy
The reveal of Airy as a traitor I saw coming a mile off and was a little disappointed but after completing the fake ending and going to the title screen seeing the subtitle fade to red leaving Airy Lies omg that's fantastic!
This is a fantastic video to go over the events of Bravely Default, thank you for making this. You didn't miss a single detail and the music also suits the scenes, I can see you have prepared this video very carefully, amazing work
Heck yeh dude. Made me LOVE this game. Like, sure the repetitive nature of the latter part feels boring, tbut it served so well for what they were trying to do, give the player time so that they could figure it all out by themselves. I just wish the 2 endings were somehow swaped, the true ending should have been triggered by shattering the crystal.
the player is the celestial spirit, " The celestial spirit is you the player. When Norende was destroyed and Till died Tiz was brought to state of near death, falling into a coma. The reason he finally awoke from that coma at the start of the game was because Airy's sister led you the player into him. Your spirit gave Tiz the strength to awaken and live once more, and then you guided him and the rest of the party to take down Airy and Ouroboros. The celestial spirit inside of Tiz is what Mephillia was talking about when she said another soul resided in him and why DeRosso called him hollow. During the confrontation with Ouroboros he speaks directly to you the player and in fact his whole plan was born because of our world. He saw us as fellow gods but thought the world we lived in was a boring place, and assumed we felt the same thus why we mingled in this world. That their world is just a game to us and that we mingle in it, commit murder, and feign emotion to relieve our weariness. So he sought to reach our world and bring to it excitement and chaos, essentially it would be making our world like the game world. He was connecting all the worlds till they basically reached the end of the line where he finally be able to break into the celestial realm, aka he break the forth wall. His battle shows this off as well he starts off by mimicking the way we interact in the world by copy our party...and then literally mimicking our actions. While in the last part of the battle he yells behold the celestial realm and rips a tear into our world, at this time the 3DS camera turns on starts feeding what it sees into the game...though the camera is so god awful a lot of people don't even notice themselves appear. Anyway after all was said and done Tiz understood the truth himself and knew that we had only joined with him to help Airy's sister stop Ouroboros. With the worlds safe, Airy dead, and Ouroboros defeated there was no more reason for us to remain. So he didn't want to keep us anymore even though knowing releasing us would mean that he falls back into a coma basically dead. That's why he walks to the grave that had been erected for all people in Norende who had died. Releasing us was an act of thanks and his accepting that our job was done." -gamefaqs Hirokey123 www.gamefaqs.com/boards/729328-bravely-default/69318069
Then, Bravely Second did even more with Providence almost forcing you to delete your save files but Yew and all the other characters come and save us to give us a second chance, to try again. This is Bravely Second '' the courage to try again''. These 4th wall break are amazing ^^
This video is so helpful! I've been wanting to play the bravely games and was in chapter 6 of bravely default before the repetition made me stop playing. With this video I can move on to bravely second and bravely default 2 without regrets! Thanks dude
This video along with the music is something I keep coming back to. Idk why but it just draws me in and I actually watch it to the end in each session. Gosh you're awesome.
Yesterday was my birthday and today I finally bought myself a switch just in time to play bravely default 2, thank you kind sir for having the indepth summaries for me to watch before I load that bad boy into the switch
Thanks so much for doing this video. Bravely Second comes out next week, and it's been a year since I played and beat Bravely Default and I didnt really feel like replaying it. Redo'ing the whole crystal thing 5 times was exhausting the first time lol. I appreciate this recap though now my memory is refreshed and I'm ready for Bravely Second!
The creepiness factor of Airy is a great idea and plot twist, but I felt like the realization was too sudden. Ringabel starting to ask questions is something they should have fleshed out more over those repetitive last chapters, because it would have given those gameplay stretches more of a purpose. They just briefly hesitate with the possibility that she's evil, realize it, and the plot quickly turns from there. Imagine the world becoming MUCH more dark and twisted with each loop, the party starts pointing fingers at who is at fault because of increasing pressure, then they finally corner Airy in a way that ties back into why this group is friends to begin with. Persona 4 style. Make uncovering the mystery be more organic instead of just a series of obvious amnesiac flashbacks. It sells everything that it is short. The Airy thing feels like a missed opportunity in some ways. It could have been much more unsettling if they had dropped hints more subtly.
This is good man. I bought the second game and needed a refresher on the first, since its been like 3 years since ive played. Thanks man. These games are awesome tho. The quality of life stuff in the fluid combat, like auto attacking for grinding and FAST FORWARDINGGG. Ive never liked grinding games, so this game makes it bearable. And of course any game with a class system is fun. Brings back FF Tactics memories.
I love this game so much. Coming back to this to re-experience the story a little while a friend borrows my copy. Can't wait for Bravely Second later this month!
Awesome video. Really wanted to know the story but i just couldn't get through the second half. Might go back and play it now though, those boss fights look awesome.
Great recap! A couple questions I have though: 1. How did Alternis/Ringabel come to this world? 2. If Ringabel is the Alternis from the previous world, how does the Alternis of the current world know Airy is evil? 3. Ringabel says that the Angel is the Agnes from his world. But the Sage says that Agnes appeared to him on the battlefield 1800 years ago. Does that mean that Ringabel is from 1800 years ago too? How does that work? 4. In the alternate ending where you break a crystal, the Angel brings the party back to life. How is this possible if she is just a normal Agnes from a previous world? I just finished Bravely Default last night and watched this in preparation of playing Bravely Second. Then I'll be prepare to play Bravely Default 2 when it comes out next month :)
1. Considering the pillar of light transferred the heroes to alternate worlds at the end of chapter 4,5,6 and 7 and ringabel survived while they were at the pillar of light, it maybe that he survived because it made it to the alternate world at a convient time, transporting ringabel to the luxendarc we start in 2. Sage yulyanna, lord derosso and braev the Templar all know that airy is the the evil one. I’m pretty sure braev told alternis that airy is the evil one.
You kind of skipped over the final stand in Eternia in the last world with all the bearers (wherin the heroes are acknowledged by Braev to be worthy to end the fight) and go over the 'false' ending. But as a condensed synopsis this was well done and covered all the major points of the story.
Thank you for this recap! It's been a while since I finished Bravely Default so this was a good reminder of the story so I can understand whats going on in Bravely Second better when I start playing it tomorrow
I must thank you my good sir I bought BD special edition when it first came out and BS special edition but i dont have the time to play the first since i have a big backlog of games watching this video made me feel very informed before playing the second thanks again
LOL at bravely second, all old asterisk holders return excluding the chemist cause just like from ff5's alchemist, its an OP job with ridiculous combos.
Wow! What an amazing storyline and plot. I don't mean to make fun of the seriousness of this game, but they're journey, or journeys if you will, would of been a lot easier if the DOCTOR was with them. XP You know because he's a Timelord and all. Otherwise I'm seriously considering buying this game.
+cptkilgore I'd imagine based on which universe took 'precedence', Ouroboros would be perfectly capable of devouring the Doctor (the only reason the Heroes could win was due to thier thousands of counterparts, and to my understanding the Doctor is a multiversal singularity). Again it depends on which universe would hold priority; Bravely Default's or Doctor Who's...
Hope to see the second game recapped too. Though I saw Chrono Trigger in your list last time I checked here too, but it seems no longer there. Oh, and is Final Fantasy VII: Before Crisis in your list too?^_^ Either way, love these 'what happened' videos.^^
alternate clothing that you can buy and overrides the job clothing. its 200.000 pg and requires norende to be fully completed before being available to buy from the adventurer
Thank you for this video! I got to chapter 5 and saw some forums saying that you have to beat the temple bosses 4 more times... yeah, that's not fucking happening... so I stop playing the game right there . 2 years later I decided to see what happens at the end of this game.
does that make the other ending(s) non-canon? its been a while since i've finished the game, but the other ending is where you deny the crystal, is there another besides this one and the one in the video?
Am I going crazy or didn't you do a video on "What happened in Bravely Second?" I mean I know it's been a year or two since Bravely Second but if anything are you gonna do one?
So for the 'flying fairy' variant of the subtitle the clue would be 'lying airy'(which in my opinion is a lot better at potraying the clue since you just have to take out the intials of final fantasy rather than take out whole words)
I'm confused, in chapter 5/6 the group speaks as if they know they're in different worlds, yet when they relight the crystals, they speak as if they have been in the same world ? Is that suppose to be interpret as the player not knowing about "Multiverse" or what ?
so, the characters on Bravely Second are not the same as the ones in Bravely Default? (because all go into different parallel universers) (i havent played bravely second so if it's responded there, i dont know it :o!)
There's just one thing I don't understand. What caused the crystals' corrupted state in the first place? And what would have happened if they had never been awakened?
In the AR Movie in the re-release version of Bravely Default, Tiz is inside the White Magic Chamber that Victoria was in. As he saved the world, releasing the celestial soul that shared Tiz's body put him into a coma. In the AR movie, they explain the amount of time he was inside the chamber. Scientists intended to do studies on him for having a godly presence. Before Magnolia, the woman in the AR movie comes to his rescue. Incapacitating the scientists and killing a strange beast sent through a tear in the skies. Magnolia reveals she's a Ba'al Buster, which will be explained in the sequel, Bravely Second. .(AR movie allowed you to see outside a few windows)
Re-fighting all the asterisk holders and getting more insight about their pasts and goals. It is a good game but the later half did drag a bit, and I did enjoy it.
just in time considering the sequel releases tomorrow on eshop. aaaand today i'll play the demo which is available on the eshop in EU regions ( no idea if it's on the US eshop or not. )
Diego_The_Beast i'd say it definitely is worth it. the battlesystem returns from the original with IMO improved Jobs. the storyline is also the same quality as the first one, with Bravely Second taking a few years after the first game with characters making a return here too. but there's something i have to mention because i'm fundamentally against it... there's censorship again. just like there was in Bravely Default because boobs are too much for simple western minds to handle, oh my! i wasn't really too bothered about it tbh.. but i still think it sucks.. and this time the censorship cancer has spreaded to the side quests too apparently. With there originally being different endings to them but i don't actually think that's a huge loss tbh considering most side quests can be done in a few 10-20 minutes usually.. the only goal being to get job asterisks you probably wouldn't even notice it if i wouldn't say it but it's still silly, but not exactly a dealbreaker.
The best plot twist in any game I ever played. What a game. what a fLYING fAIRY indeed.
The funniest thing is, Tiz pretty much spoiled it when first seeing her. I'm pretty sure that went over a lot of heads on their first playthrough, including me.
@@Joe_334 iirc almost any character calls her a little monster or is at least confused whatever the hell she is the first time they see her.
MrSailing101 Only two would have worked PERFECTLY. They could have found a way to incorporate all of the submissions into those two.
all the submissions, perhaps, but not the full impact of what Airy was doing.
Well, this 4 extra chapters were boring. But here is some hint :
FOUR extra chapters for your FOUR characters.
Chapter 5-8 are actually really good if you do all the side quests
I remember having my mind blown when the subtitle on the main screen showed "AIRY LIES". I was like: WOAH! And freaked out lol
writting the game arround the time loop and connection to other worlds, and integrating those themes into the gameplay and game progression was such a bold move, one which sadly makes it a chore to replay but such a unique experience, best detail in this game is the background of the final boss, which is torn to show other worlds, then if you played on the og 3ds, the camera would activate without you knowing. Same. I don't think I will ever have another single player gaming experience on the same level of Bravely Default.
I really wanted to play Bravely Second but could not for the life of me remember what happened in the second half of Bravely Default, this video was perfect, thanks man!
Same. Im about to get Braverly second but i want to remember

so doesn't that mean the reason tiz wakes up in the sequel is because we the "celestial spirit" returns again?
+Forrest “SevLegacy” Coopman not exactly, they DO go into details in Bravely Second however.
What if Ringabelle's book of prophecies is the script.
Forrest (Spoiler Bravely Second) in Bravely Second Tiz wakes up because of another celestial called Altair which has a very deep connection with the story of this game.
And the first one was Anne
God i love this game. That twist blew my mind as a child. I can’t wait for bravely default II!!!
It's out for 11 months already!
I see we played very similarly. Tiz and Edea on physical jobs, Ringabel as offensive mage and Agnes as support mage.
@Kuma I prefer the make everyone a Valkyrie (read: Dragoon) with at least 1 of them knowing hasten world from time mage, then never take damage again strategy
That's the way to go. :)
To be fair I did too.
Here after learning that Bravely Default 2 is coming to the switch in 2020!
This comment didn’t age well
1... More.... Day.....
Bravely Default Flying Fairy
Drop the first F.
Truth was right in our face 😭😭
Honestly this story was pretty intricate world building wise.
The reveal of Airy as a traitor I saw coming a mile off and was a little disappointed but after completing the fake ending and going to the title screen seeing the subtitle fade to red leaving Airy Lies omg that's fantastic!
+Mullac Senpai When I first saw Airy, my thought was: yep, there's the villain.
Anne on the other hand.....
Anne was litteraly a vilain. She hid nothing since she joined Denys to make ''a new world''
Mario Bouchard but that's not the first time you meet Anne.
I know, she's the one who permits you to enter Tiz's body
Mario Bouchard that sounds, Wrong
This is a fantastic video to go over the events of Bravely Default, thank you for making this. You didn't miss a single detail and the music also suits the scenes, I can see you have prepared this video very carefully, amazing work
I loved realizing what was going on and shattering a crystal on purpose. That was satisfying
Heck yeh dude. Made me LOVE this game. Like, sure the repetitive nature of the latter part feels boring, tbut it served so well for what they were trying to do, give the player time so that they could figure it all out by themselves.

When I hear this all at once....this game is pretty bonkers, lol.
Here' to giving the second game....a second chance this winter.

LOL 'tingabell'
Guilty as charged ;p
+Oni Black Mage I heard "Dinglebell" O.o
more like Tinkerbell's (Peter Pan) xD
Great Vid. I took Breaking the Crystal route when Ringabell questioned if she was right or not. Still need to do NG+
Wow did not expect a 3ds game to have this amazing story
This video along with the music is something I keep coming back to. Idk why but it just draws me in and I actually watch it to the end in each session. Gosh you're awesome.
Yesterday was my birthday and today I finally bought myself a switch just in time to play bravely default 2, thank you kind sir for having the indepth summaries for me to watch before I load that bad boy into the switch
Was so long ago that I played BD! I'm so glad you made a recap, now I can go into Bravely Second not forgetting the plot haha
This is exactly what I was looking for. Playing this game on and off for years left me completely lost, but this was just perfect.
Best thing about this was plot twist that actually you are the bad guys.
Where are you the bad guys? There in the end the warriors of light, who save all alternate worlds.
Thanks for this great recap. I can now play Bravely Second ;)
Now I will go and enjoy Bravely Second ;).
Thanks for making this! It was a great way to recap the story before restarting Bravely Second!
I love it when a game advertises its next installment
The creepiness factor of Airy is a great idea and plot twist, but I felt like the realization was too sudden. Ringabel starting to ask questions is something they should have fleshed out more over those repetitive last chapters, because it would have given those gameplay stretches more of a purpose. This is wonderfully amazing. Keep up the great work.
I had completely forgotten that bravely second is possible in bravely default and that the save person was green for that one time at the chasm
Only in the international and In Japan the "for the sequel" version.
Hey Oni Black Mage, are you gonna do a recapitation on Bravely Second ? It's already out in stores.

Don't you mean, "if only by *bravely* default."?
Hey I'm here all week folks, remember to tip your waitress!
I love this game so much. Coming back to this to re-experience the story a little while a friend borrows my copy. Can't wait for Bravely Second later this month!
Say that again, I didn't hear you talking about the entire plot.
Man this story is just all over the place. Confusing at times, but I still love this game! Thanks for making this video!
I wish Bravely Default got a Switch port, the original was so good and Serpent Eating the Horizon is one of the best videogame final boss tracks ever.
Welp
2012?
damn im old...
Awesome video. Really wanted to know the story but i just couldn't get through the second half. Might go back and play it now though, those boss fights look awesome.
The entire 3rd run through I missed ALL of the story on my play through, god damn glad I'm watching this I missed so much story xD.
Great recap! A couple questions I have though:
1. Considering the pillar of light transferred the heroes to alternate worlds at the end of chapter 4,5,6 and 7 and ringabel survived while they were at the pillar of light, it maybe that he survived because it made it to the alternate world at a convient time, transporting ringabel to the luxendarc we start in
2. Sage yulyanna, lord derosso and braev the Templar all know that airy is the the evil one. I’m pretty sure braev told alternis that airy is the evil one.
It’s funny, I don’t remember beating Lord DeRosso but I ain’t complaining lol, he was really difficult if I remember correctly
He’s optional
You kind of skipped over the final stand in Eternia in the last world with all the bearers (wherin the heroes are acknowledged by Braev to be worthy to end the fight) and go over the 'false' ending. But as a condensed synopsis this was well done and covered all the major points of the story.
Thank you for this recap! It's been a while since I finished Bravely Default so this was a good reminder of the story so I can understand whats going on in Bravely Second better when I start playing it tomorrow
Great time to play Bravely Second now
and here I was thinking metal gear, kingdom hearts and ff 13 have a complicated story, this definetly beat them all
Kurosaki Bilharinho try Xenogears and Final Fantasy Tactics
27:49 I actually fought against Airy in the Octopath Traveler mobile game!!!
so few likes, but my dude you are doing the gods' work lol. I can't believe I've forgotten how good this game was. (I'm prepping for BD2)
I must thank you my good sir I bought BD special edition when it first came out and BS special edition but i dont have the time to play the first since i have a big backlog of games
watching this video made me feel very informed before playing the second thanks again
I came across Bravely Second for $25 but hadn't played Default, thanks for this video
I am a bit confuse what the main characters did differently
to beat Airys this time?
Never played the first two games at all but I can see that the first game at least seems to have a lot more depth to its plot compare to 2
Thank you so much for this, it was extremely helpful great channel!
you deserve more views!!!
LOL at bravely second, all old asterisk holders return excluding the chemist cause just like from ff5's alchemist, its an OP job with ridiculous combos.
Victor, Victoria, Khint, and a few others I think don't appear in the game.
The game pulled an Endless 8 on us
Indeed
Individual reaction may vary
just wanna say thanks for saving me 100 hours of playing this game, i bought bravely second first so i'm all caught up and ready to understand lore!
Wow! What an amazing storyline and plot. I don't mean to make fun of the seriousness of this game, but they're journey, or journeys if you will, would of been a lot easier if the DOCTOR was with them. XP You know because he's a Timelord and all. Otherwise I'm seriously considering buying this game.
I hear ya, I'm a big fan of time travel and parallel world stories. For the record, my personal favorite is the 4th Doctor.
Excellent choice.
Nice work.
I kind of wish you at the very least mentioned the false ending. Aside from that issue, great video
Nice work!! That story definitely got out of control fast, I like the parallels back to the Warriors of light from Final Fantasy very cool.
Does it have a good story? If it does then I will try it.
It's amazing, I just played it on emulator a few days ago.
Hope to see the second game recapped too. Though I saw Chrono Trigger in your list last time I checked here too, but it seems no longer there.
Oh, and is Final Fantasy VII: Before Crisis in your list too?^_^
Either way, love these 'what happened' videos.^^
26:48 why does tiz look like a Onion Knight?
alternate clothing that you can buy and overrides the job clothing. its 200.000 pg and requires norende to be fully completed before being available to buy from the adventurer
You forgot to mention the alternate ending to this game as it has two
Just what i needed right before i left to buy Bravey second
Ready for the sequel :)
I didn't even see that there was another demo, lol...
Thank you for this video! I got to chapter 5 and saw some forums saying that you have to beat the temple bosses 4 more times... yeah, that's not fucking happening... so I stop playing the game right there . 2 years later I decided to see what happens at the end of this game.
lol thats me right now hahaha. But more like 6 years later for me
same but i lost my save xD
Finally someone remembers or knows final fantasy 4 warriors of light. I found it in a flea market and didnt know about it so I bought it and loved it.
I feel like this summary tells the story in a more impactful way than the game itself...
does that make the other ending(s) non-canon? its been a while since i've finished the game, but the other ending is where you deny the crystal, is there another besides this one and the one in the video?
In Bravely Default are endings are canon.
Bravely Default: Where the Airy Li- *cough cough* Where the *Fairy Flies*
Am I going crazy or didn't you do a video on "What happened in Bravely Second?" I mean I know it's been a year or two since Bravely Second but if anything are you gonna do one?
Love ur videos! Please do more recapitations!!
Song?
So for the 'flying fairy' variant of the subtitle the clue would be 'lying airy'(which in my opinion is a lot better at potraying the clue since you just have to take out the intials of final fantasy rather than take out whole words)
I'm confused, in chapter 5/6 the group speaks as if they know they're in different worlds, yet when they relight the crystals, they speak as if they have been in the same world ? Is that suppose to be interpret as the player not knowing about "Multiverse" or what ?
They're playing dumb because they don't want to let Airy know they're onto her
Most likely because they didnt have time to record new audio so they just kept reusing the same one.
did Tiz die? To me it looked like he was still moving a little after the spirit left him.
Thanks for this ! Finally Bravely Second will release this friday and i'm so exited :D
so, the characters on Bravely Second are not the same as the ones in Bravely Default? (because all go into different parallel universers)
(i havent played bravely second so if it's responded there, i dont know it :o!)
No they are. They're just in a different world. Or... Something.
Thank you
You can now summon Deus Ex Machina!
There's just one thing I don't understand. What caused the crystals' corrupted state in the first place? And what would have happened if they had never been awakened?
The great chasm is what cause the crystals to fall into darkness, as what would happen if you didn't awaken the crystals I don't know.
I havent played this game in a while and I think I was honestly like. 9 when I played this game. Why did they go into the pillar though?
So did tiz die,was he possessed by a celestial spirit or what.im confused
I loved every second of this game it took me 84 hours to collect everything and beat both endings and it was time very well spent.
That is a unique way to pronounce the name Agnes.
Maybe, but "on-yes" is how they say it in-game (no dispute since its fully voice acted)
what was bravely default first meaning?
Using the Brave/Default mechanics in conjunction.
Have the courage to disobey.
@TouchyBanana only in the international and Pow for the sequel.
How do you check your friend code?
3DS main menu: Little Orange Square with a smiley face in the top center of the toolbar.
Oh ok thanks :)
This game was way darker than I thought it would be
The only thing I didn't like about this game is the tedious repetition of awakening the crystals. Other than that, this is a great game. :)
i like this but i kinda wish I knew about what happened in the other parts of the game that were optional :P
Re-fighting all the asterisk holders and getting more insight about their pasts and goals. It is a good game but the later half did drag a bit, and I did enjoy it.
The music is too loud...
But what about the secret ending? :O
And will you do Bravely Second later on? :D
So the main party is not all in the same world anymore?
Kind of a sad thought eh?
just in time considering the sequel releases tomorrow on eshop.
aaaand today i'll play the demo which is available on the eshop in EU regions
( no idea if it's on the US eshop or not. )
Is it good? I live in US and is gonna pre order the special edition but is it worth it?
Diego_The_Beast
i'd say it definitely is worth it.
the battlesystem returns from the original with
IMO improved Jobs. the storyline is also the same quality as the first one, with
Bravely Second taking a few years after the first game with characters making a return here too.
but there's something i have to mention
because i'm fundamentally against it...
there's censorship again. just like there was in
Bravely Default because boobs are too much for simple western minds to handle, oh my!
i wasn't really too bothered about it tbh..
but i still think it sucks..
and this time the censorship cancer has spreaded to the side quests too apparently. With there originally being different endings to them but i don't actually think that's a huge loss tbh considering most side quests can be done in a few 10-20 minutes usually..
the only goal being to get job asterisks
you probably wouldn't even notice it if i wouldn't say it but it's still silly, but not exactly a dealbreaker.
Do Bravely Second soon!
I honestly gave up on ch 5, even tho I was interested in the story, I did NOT want to continue anymore
I did too but I went back to it and the final battles are worth it.
I love the games story
