If i do go no meat, i prefer garbanzo beans/chick peas/ ci ci beans / ce ce beans, all different names for the same exact product. I prefer them over the soybean/edemami beans or lentils. I'm type 2 diabetic so i do have to watch my carb intake and starch.

All you will need is your salad ingredients and a jar. You will want to make sure to stack the ingredients so that your dressing comes out on top and your lettuce does not wilt. Ingredients: ● 1/2cupleafygreens ● 1carrot ● 1avocado ● 1redbellpeppers ● 1tomatoorcherrytomatoes ● 4oz.ofmeat ● 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise or olive oil Grab your jar and add either olive oil or mayonnaise to the bottom of the jar. On top of that, you want to add your 4 ounces of meat. Meat choices could include chicken, beef, or smoked salmon. Then add either cherry tomatoes or chopped tomatoes. Add in the red bell pepper and avocado. Add in 1 chopped or shredded carrot and then top with 1⁄2 cup of leafy greens. They actually are healthy this time. YES there's still cheese in it, but it can definitely be called a healthy alternative because it is still way better than the average american meal.
You know even though these are low carb, they're not really super Keto-friendly. A good example is the egg white cups. In keto, you're supposed to get around 50-75% of your daily calories from fat. Eggs have virtually no carbs in them at all, so stripping the yolk, (the fats) from the food is just working against your Ketogenic diet.
