I had the most amazing time working on this project :) I've always wanted to do a Disney song, and I am so happy that I got to work on it with Peter Hollens and blessed to be able to work with Disney themselves on this! They have been so incredible, and you should all definitely go buy their Disney Classics box set!
Big thanks to Walt Smith for shooting the underwater shots in Kiss The Girl! It was SUCH a pleasure working with you :) I had a weird fear of being under water, and he totally made me look like I knew (kinda) what I was doing.

Lately I've been stressing out about exams, my future and just growing up. The usual being scared of the future and not knowing what it holds. But this video brought me back, it brought me back to a time when I was just a child who was just thinking about growing up. It made me realise that life isn't that serious, it shouldn't be, and we shouldn't make it so serious. Life is very precious and limited, so enjoy it and do what you want, it is your life after all.

I think my favorite bit about this piece is that you circle back around to the first song at the end. I love the way it feels complete. Circle of Life indeed.

Ok, probably my 193rd time watching this. Can't get enough of that epic ending.
That colors of the wind harmony was amazing. 😭
I clicked on this song then proceeded to other tabs to do other stuff, so I wasn't really paying attention to the music. But when Alex G sang "Can you sing with all the voices of the mountain?" I immediately toggled back. I couldn't believe how perfect it was.

This is the first Alex G video I ever watched and it will always be my favorite
I just fell off my chair...Was waiting for the video to load and my phone rang. Just as I turned my head the Lion King blasted me in the ears (I forgot the volume was high up) and it freaked me out...Fortunately, the video was totally worth it. :P

I am in love with this video. I have listened it soooo many times but I never get bored of it. Next summer, in 2018, I want to go for a walk with my dog and listen to this while we are watching the sunrise. Often as possible.
my 9 month old daughter loves this song. if she has a tantrum or is just being difficult, we will play this song. she'll then stop and watch this to the end :)
