Pastels was always my favorite color growing up, and I loved it because of the amazing blends you could create with it, merging one color into another, creating amazing transitions and textures. And you have shown me ways of using pastel I never knew before existed! I haven't drawn anything in the last 15 years, mostly because I've never had the time, but you make me want to draw again. Thank you. Hope I can give another try to drawing again soon.

Hello, I am a big fan of your TH-cam channel. Your paintings are truly stunning!
I have a couple of questions for you. Firstly, I noticed that you often use cotton swabs in your paintings. Are these special cotton swabs? When I use cotton swabs, they tend to absorb the paint and take off some of the pigment behind. I personally use MOPV oil pastel.
Secondly, I have noticed that every time you use your oil pastel, the tip remains so evenly shaped. How do you maintain or store your oil sticks? Do you have any tips or tricks to share on how to keep them in such great condition?

I have the same colors as yours but they don't blend well. Kinda color bubbles form when I put one color layer over other and try to blend. What am I lacking?
