    I’d love to upgrade my Whirley Pop someday. But in the meantime this lady has a really soothing voice. I could listen to her talk about popcorn forever lol.

    Thanks for the review I just bought one today on Amazon and your demonstration looks very simple. I also bought a hotdog roller and nacho trays to have a full movie theater effect during this pandemic lol

    If you aren't getting the right effect with normal butter but want to have a more "pure" butter flavor, try ghee instead. It's a form of clarified butter and works better as an oil as compared to normal butter.

    About time someone showed the kernel catcher at the bottom of the machine and opened it up. Thank you so much for that.

    My popcorn with this machine is coming out kinda rubbery. Any ideas of why?

    • @rasheen450

      it could be anything ranging from the cooking time to the type of oil that you are using to how many kernels you are putting in at a time.

    I’m from Los Angeles and what do you mean by reuse your oil? Like after you are done cooking bacon do you save the oil that’s left behind?

    • @rasheen450
      @rasheen450  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I wouldn't go as far as keeping the grease left behind from bacon per se. But basically, when I use vegetable oil I'll keep it in a pot on the stove for a while and any time I need to use the oil again I will use some of that oil again. You can only reuse said oil so many times before you have to throw it out, but you can get alot of uses out of the same batch of oil. So like if you fried french fries in some oil on the stove one day, you could keep the oil (obviously take the fries out) and put a lid on it after it cools and the next time you want fries reuse the oil. A bonus aside from saving money is that whatever you cooked in it before will flavor it so whatever you put in next will taste alot like the last thing you cooked in it.

    • @rasheen450
      @rasheen450  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Vegetable oil, like any cooking oil could be used most likely.

      @@rasheen450 the instructions even say instead of using vegetable oil to use other alternatives like coconut oil, canola oil, etc. 🙂

      Add your oil and 2-3 kernels. Heat oil. Once those kernels pop the oil is at the correct temperature. Add your desired amount of kernels and allow to pop. Season and enjoy.
