@theklumsykouple6958 it just means that Emily can respect her food cravings and desires while still maintaining a healthy diet. A lot of people struggle with eating (being too restrictive or eating too much unhealthy sh*t) so it's nice to see a blogger with a huge platform set an example for those who are having a hard time trying to eat ealthier. I hope this helps clear things up!
