Ricky, Medication combined with meditation is most effective but medication must be of low dose. Heal yourself with determination. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety-stress. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your natural incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10 minutes or more. Be as still as possible. Slowly negative thoughts will reduce and relax the mind. Patience is needed. During your daily activity keep observing your breath consciously. Do the above meditation daily to feel relaxed. Positive affirmations for 5-10 minutes before sleep also gives quick relief. Best wishes. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

Go and sit in the presence of a bee hive. Do it for a few months and your ptsd will be gone.
Big pharma doesn't want you knowing this, that frequency can heal ALL disease. It can, and why it can is because everything' is energy frequency and vibration, including us.
A hive thums its wings in the key of C. This specific frequency retunes cognitive dissonance. Start looking into cymatics, it will help anyone with any illness to understand we don't need manmade chemical drugs to heal.

I have found some studies online that proves Paroxetine reverse the symptoms of Complex PTSD and achieve normalization (become a normal human). You will have to see a doctor and try different medications. The objective of medication is to let your brain parts communicate with one another better, rather than focusing on the sadness part (aka Amygdala). Don't give up man, medication works.

I thought the only real treatment for PTSD are antipsychotics is why I was scared to get treated for it but if there's something else with less problems I can take besides antidepressants which I'm already on, I will go for it. I'm also going to help look for a therapist who practice EMDR because I seriously need it. I can't take the stress anymore. I was taking Klonopin onto ativan but klonopin stopped working and Ativan only helps to relieve severe stress sometimes. I wish it could work for me all the time whenever I am feeling severely stress which PTSD is, ongoing stress unlike natural stress that does not go away easily but last all day and make you wish you could just be strung out on opiods or benzodiazepines

Like high power wand for an hour AFTER intimacy and can't get there. The last time I took SSRI for like 6 months and NEVER had one and tried a lot. Came back about 2 months after stopping. Dr's solution....well sex doesn't have to be about the orgasm. Okay, I'll let my husband start and make him quit right before he finishes because it isn't about the orgasm, right? Oh...it's different for men? Yeah, the female equivalent of blue balls is just as uncomfortable.
