Watching your amazing videos from Australia, thank you for these great videos, I have the same bike as yours and your videos helped me a lot. can I ask if you can make a video about handlebar risers for this speedy r. cheers mate :)
What is the disadvantage of running a single SC exhaust verse the dual arrow system? A single exhaust drops further weight but wondering if you lose bottom end torque through less back pressure.
Hi Mr C, I not often carry a pillion. But never have anyone complain or burn themselves. Don’t think you can use the original, as I think the are screwed into the exhaust. I’m sure I have seen some after market carbon add ons though.
nice video, mate. I was wondering... do the screws placed on the baffles have any welds on them? I just bought a pair of these cans and the screws on the baffles have a tiny spot of weld.
Allexandre Vieira , Hi yes they normally do. I think I got mine off with a metal drill bit, some people us a Dremel. Protect the area, in case your drill/Dremel slips
Hello mate! great video. The Twins you fitted, are they the same as 2011-2015 model Arrows? or was there a difference on the 2015? (I know there's a 'difference' to the 2016).IE if I buy the Arrows for 2011-2015 they'll be the same as the ones you fitted here?Sorry if it seems long winded, but I have a pair of 2016 with removable baffles ('USA' spec), will these fit the 2011-2015 bikes? (with the link pipe obvs!). Did you do your long term test review?
The twin arrows I fitted are for a 2011-2015. I bought these specifically, as I wanted removable baffles. The 2016 arrows had fixed baffles (USA probably different spec for emissions) So I would say, the exhaust you have will fit 2016 bikes. No didn’t get around to doing a review, could do a very long term review 😆
Great video mate, really appreciate the upload. I have the same bike in Matt grey and it's my first 'proper' bike; I'm really chuffed with it! I want to fit this same exhaust, but I've been told (by the people who want to sell me the exhaust of course!) that the ecu needs 'remapping' to prevent the bike from running lean etc True or false... cause it sounds like total bollocks to me!
harpersneil , Hi I'm not in the position to say if that's true or false, I'm no expert. But I found mine ran fine without the remap, I had to visit the main dealer recently for a recall, and they did the remap for free ( think they normally charge £25) can't say I've noticed any difference in the way the bike runs. For £25 and peace of mind, might be worth doing it.
Daniel Gonzalez , the first time it took me a while to do, as I didn't want to break/scratch anything. Quicker for the video, as I had already done it once. But it's straight forward, just take your time 👍
I think this was TH-cam all about. Straight to the point and helpful.
Good video.
Fawad Bilgrami thank you
Pro trick: you can watch movies on flixzone. I've been using them for watching lots of of movies recently.

I’m not sure, can’t say I’ve ever noticed any performance changes with any exhaust I’ve changed. Personally it’s just for cosmetic reasons.
Any ECU issues or remapping needed? I understand it is "suggested" but did you notice any issues? Thank you and great video
No issues. Think it was remapped buy the dealer, when it was in for a service. Can't say I noticed any difference.
Are you able to have heat shields for those arrow exhaust so passenger is protected or use the ones from the stock exhaust
Hi Mr C, I not often carry a pillion. But never have anyone complain or burn themselves.

@@notamotorbikemechanic thanks that's good to hear but would you happen to know we're i might be able to purchase such add ons

@@notamotorbikemechanic Lol you still got it then? only had my 2016 R since Jan, love it!
Yes can’t see me selling it, new bike are getting to expensive and far to technical 🤔
A smear of holts firegum (from Halfords) before install, removes all play in the exhaust.
Great video mate, really appreciate the upload.

Thanks for the reply; that's interesting to hear. Still tossing up between these and the SC Project pipes - th-cam.com/video/Z610i1yS5iw/w-d-xo.html
Mighty cramped and cluttered quarters.
Hy every body. harpersneil, I just purchase a 2017 speed triple, equiped with the arrow exhaust. The dealer change the ECU prog for this guns
It took you 15 minutes? I want to do it but I'm no handy man. It might take me 2 hours. Good video!
