I was looking to buy from Franklin and or Terry Blacks to try authentic Texas BBQ. That is until I came across Wayne of Louie Mueller and this very video. Hearing and seeing the love he has for his father and wanting to continue the family legacy by continuing his fathers work is admirable and touching at the same time. There are no frills, just hard work, love and dedication to his grandfather and especially his fathers craft! I’ll get to the other two in time. It will truly be an honor to sample his family’s long standing BBQ tradition. I ordered today and I can’t wait to enjoy his BBQ!
