I have a doubt about mastering. We can master the track after export our final mix in new project. But we can also process this in the master track in the same project file. Which option is better for mastering?
Its the same thing. But mastering right in your project file with CPU heavy plugins, like Ozone, will be a pain in the ass, if your project file is already hot on the CPU. To save yourself from the buffering and from the rage breakdown, bounce it while you sip your coffee and then master and chill.

Bro i am a video editor and a cinematographer, and i'm building my new basic studio I'm not a music producer but yeh my best friend is a music producer, he might be using my setup sometimes but i will use it frequently and i m confused that should I go with studio monitor or not , my general requirements are like normal user but i want high bass and full best sound for my basic mixing in video sound design, listing hip hop and watching and streaming content so what would be the best choice for me Or either I should go with normal desk speakers with a bass tube or or sub woofer ??

Go with good monitoring headphones as studio monitors require a decent acoustic treatment to perform well, whereas headphones will give you similar output everywhere.
