- After the successful first two albums by Zach Condon and Beirut ("Gulag Orkestar" 2005; "The Flying Club Cup" 2007) they released the EP "March of the Zapotec" and visited Broadway St. theater in NYC for a live TV performance.
This is my favorite Beirut song!
Not only is this my favorite Beirut track, this is my favorite version of this song with a string section. For a while this version had disappeared from TH-cam
Wow! I just keep finding more and more on this band. I found this music in highschool because the song "Venice". This makes me wish I knew about them sooner.
Zach sings SO well, pure talent. Congrats to the band as well, we can tell they’re passionate about it
Gracias Beirut por ésta belleza, un día vengan por casa en Uruguay y cantamos.. salú!

I've never seen a nerdier looking band. Pure talent though.

Inspired by 'Arcade Fire'?
I love this song, love everything about it. Only observation (and it maybe device im listening it on) is it doesn’t sound clean, hesitant at times, off tempo, trigger shy like some of the musicians Maybe were nervous… could musicians listening confirm or correct me?
Check out NO NO NO !
I prefer the version by Blondie.
Tiene cara de borracho...kkkk
