My mother, (RIP) used to tell us to save the bags and wrapping paper
When you think about it, it's very smart. Look at all the cost of wrapping and it's gone in seconds. We always keep the bags, we should be doing the same for the wrapping paper.
my mom was the same way we use to keep the bags and any big sheets of wrapping paper that wasnt damaged
I used to make these when I was a kid.
love the video,you got some really nice stuff for christmas,,love the blue jays hat and house coat .on christmas and easter for many years i buy my coworkers a bag full of chocolate and treats and drop it off to them at work .Every christmas eve my husband and i go for a drive to look at the lights in the evening then stop off at my sisters afterwards then head home that night,i get my food prep done for the morning,i get up early and start cooking dinner then we open presents while dinner is cooking .
We always had a big cooked dinner growing up and then cold plates for supper. It wasn't until the last few yesrs we decided to have the big cooked dinner later in the evening and have a big breakfast around 10am. It was a lot easier for us on Christmas morning, more time to enjoy the morning.

The meat loaf looking dish was bread pudding. My recent jiggs videos show how we make bread pudding.
