@@jennstns9 I really want to use my ink whenever possible...not just for journaling, and to not buy more ink! The trouble is, I find one I like better than a previous same type of color, and then I want the new one. For example, my sample Aurora Purple I loved, but when I bought the bottle, it didn’t seem as wet of an ink. Maybe I just need to try it in my kaweco. 😁
@@gailsbookishthings5191 try White Lightning by Vanness Pens. It’s a clear additive that you put in your inks. You only need one drop per fill. It makes your inks more wet :) I LOVE it!
It’s a heavy pen, and the lava ones are heavier. But it’s not uncomfortable. It’s a top 3 pen for me. The nib has very little feedback. It’s almost glassy smooth.
Great video! I love how you make your own booklets. I've been thinking about doing that. I've also been thinking about selling some pens. Where/How do you sell yours? I TOTALLY agree that some pens are more hype than reality. Have you tried the Goulet swab shop for help finding colors? Also inkswatch.com and Mountain of Ink are very helpful.
Thank you for watching! I sell my pens on Facebook (some people swear by the pen swap on Reddit but I have absolutely no idea how Reddit works 🤣) I just typed in fountain pen buy sell trade into the search bar and a few groups popped up. I joined them all and posted to them all and sometimes one group is more active than the other and I get a bite. I’ve never used any of those resources, actually! I usually just see a color in someone else’s video and buy a sample from their review alone. Or I get spoiled by some pen pals that send samples, which is actually where most of mine have come from. So I’m going through them all next year and not buying anymore ink until they’re done!
That’s a great goal...good idea!
Thank you for watching! Do you have any goals (pen related or not!) for the new year?? 😀

@@jennstns9 Thank you!!! This sounds like a wonderful thing to have! I will definitely try it. 😀
I am salivating over the Visconti pen. Lol It looks so smooth. How does it feel in your hand?

What notebook are you using? The Ku-Jaku and Yama-Budo look really nice.
Nanami Seven Seas Crossfield Japan Version. Can be found at nanamipaper.com
Could you please share the 🗒 pad note 📝 are you using on this video? Thank you
I’m not really understanding your question. The notebook is tomoe River paper. The pens are all written on the screen for you.
@@jennstns9 apologized. Thank you for answering my question.
@@derbywinner6316 glad I could help!!
