@@jennstns9 yes! I like 243 too, it’s a medium blue, not too dark, not too light, not too bright. I also have 373, which is a light brown. There are so many colors, I really need to order more samples.
Galen is coming out with a purple one this spring, another collab with Kaweco. I’ve got a converter and a clip waiting for it 🤣 and yay ok I will do an ink collection video!
Will do! Thanks! And I’ve been strictly using folios now. I’ve moved to a5 for my journaling and a Hobonichi weeks for planning since the beginning of December and haven’t looked back. So I haven’t really had a need for a TN. I should do a video on it soon.
@@Ecuador86 even when I was in TNs I was using them as folios. I prefer one book also. I’ve been thinking for a little while now about changing my YT name to something more all-encompassing of what I might be doing on this channel, since I’m not using TNs anymore at all anyway nor do I make videos about them.
There is a lot to love about Sailor inks in general, in my opinion! I love the dual shading properties of some. I love that they range from delicate colors (ex. Nekoyanagi or Haha from the Manyo line) to deep, rich colors (ex. Oregon from the 50 States line and 735 from the Studio line). As for strictly the Studio line, there is seriously a color for everyone. They are beautiful, wet inks that work well in every pen I’ve had. I find the bottles very utilitarian in design, but that does not mean they’re not beautiful. The uniformity makes them beautiful as they sit side by side on my desk.
OK now I have to get 123 & 224 on top of the 30 other inks I've purchased this week! More packages to intercept. This is becoming a problem...🤦🏻♀️ Okay....not 30 but a lot! 😂🤣😂 And IT IS a problem! lmao

I love the ink studio inks, don’t have any darks, but have some of the mid tones, and they shade beautifully. I especially love 280

I prefer folios too, I like one bound book rather than several small books that I have to switch out.
