      Hello sir, Can you explain to me one thing. In the graph question for finfing the rate of reaction at 2 min, u Did 1200-170 seconds while they ask for Minutes or use minutes, So is it must to use seconds?

      Same my grades improved so much I’m so proud of my self and my teacher is proud aswell she keeps on saying why can’t no one else answer a question and we basically have a conversation only between us 🙄😂

    Chemistry is my weakest of the three sciences. I find it more interesting than physics but I struggle to remember chemistry more than physics. Thanks to these videos I got 80/100 in my paper 1 mock which is the best I’ve ever done in chemistry ever. We haven’t got the grades yet because we can’t see the boundaries until we get our results but because I do single sciences I know this will bump my chemistry grade so much! Thankyou

      @@lemonlime8949 we never got told the grade boundaries but I got a 9 as my actual GCSE grade. I am now doing chemistry for a-level.

    These are really good to just put on in the background and listen to them constantly while you do other stuff to get the info in your brain. Obviously still actively listen to each video a few times and do your actual revision but that's what I do with these

    The drawing of "a tangent line" is a pretty ingenious way of finding the rate of reaction at a specific time. One thing I like about Chemistry is, you can apply your Math knowledge on it.

    how did you get 0.72 ?? because the tangent was above 0.8 ,, so wouldn't it be 0.8+ (something like 0.89 or something like that)

    im confused as to when to draw a tangent line? the first example we didn't have to but then for the others we did. is there like a code word that triggers us to know when to draw the tangent

      The slope of any line straight line is constant. It doesn't matter which 2 points you pick anywhere along any length of the line, you'll come up with the same answer.

      ahh i think i solved my question. so it doesn't matter where on the tangent you chose to take values because as a straight line it will still be y/x wherever you choose.....is that right?

      That's what I've been trying to figure out as well, in the video he say's it does not but obviously that's wrong since the value of say, 600g/3.5m is far different to 600g/4m

      because they traced a line down to the x axis from the tangent

      He is just converting it to seconds as that’s what the formula requires (60sec in one minute - 4x60) 😊
