Sir I have a question, so if I put a cold water bottle out from the fridge and now it is gaining heat in order to balance its temperature with the room temperature so will it count as an endothermic reaction?

A good chemistry textbook should present a list of bond energies called enthalpies. Like a mass balance, you only have to count de bonds in a given compound adding theír respective enthalpies. And a simple enthalpy balance between the products and reactants of a given chemical reaction will let you know whether the reaction is exothermic or endothermic by a calculation known as the reaction enthalpy.
Thank you so much...chemistry has always been such a mess for me!!!!....one correction, at the end when you wrote chemicals on the graph for the endothermic reaction, you wrote CaO+O2 instead of CaO+ CO2. Thank you!
I can't get my head around the endothermic reaction because I would have thought that because it requires more energy to start the reaction the reactants would have a stronger bond (more energy) ?? plsss someone help

I can't get my head around the endothermic reaction because I would have thought that because it requires more energy to start the reaction the reactants would have a stronger bond (more energy) ?? plsss someone help
Yes They have stronger bonds so they need more energy to break these bonds

I'm trying to wrap my head around this question, but why do the reactions between metals sulphate solutions considered as exothermic?
I asked my teacher and when she reply me I will answer you
because the bonds in the reaction are being formed, and this releases energy, hence considered exothermic lmao tell me if this helped

if a reaction is endothermic surely it would get warmer as it is taking energy in
it is taking in energy making it's surrounding and itself colder.
I know you wrote this a while ago, but it can be either. It just matters if it's taking in energy or not.
I never understand big words in chemistry smh
