You will need to get your phone sent back to Sharp for repair. They have a faulty batch of display panels. In the end, my phone blew up. I have a Nokia now...
Hi Bozkurt, I sent it back to Japan. Yes, this problem happened on Day 1, straight out of the box. I asked them to replace it. The new replacement should arrive today.
I just received it back. So Sharp have repaired it. Not replaced it ! Very angry about this outcome. I paid so much money and I get the faulty handset back again with a new screen. I just got screwed over big time. Not happy with Sharp Japan. I guess I can't recommend this phone to anyone...

No, it is the first Aquos Zero. A few years later it got exposed to water and emitted a bright flash and dies.
