Masoor dal sprouted salad is a very refreshing and healthy salad. Green moongs are widely used in India, as dal or sprouted.They are great for breakfast and for evening snacks.

INGREDIENTS:
Masoor dal 1 cup
Spring onions 2 bunch
Onions 2 nos
Vinegar 1 cup
Lime juice 2 tbs
Salt To taste
Sugar 1 tsp
Oil 4-5 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
METHOD:
1. Take the masoor dal and soak it overnight and strain the water and tie it in a cloth until it forms sprouts.
2. Take a bowl and add masoor dal sprouts, spring onions, onions and keep aside.
3. Take a bowl and add vinegar, lime juice, salt, sugar, pepper powder, oil and mix thoroughly
4. Take a big bowl and add the above masoor dal mixture, prepared vinegar mixture and mix thoroughly.
5. Take the serving plate and place the lettuce leaf transfer masoor dal sprouted mixture.
6. Now the masoor dal sprouted salad is ready to serve it.

If this salad is for diabetics, then please replace sugar with either date powder or date syrup to make even healthier. You also add roasted cumin powder, flaxseed powder, cucumbers, cabbage, and capsicums.

You have keep aside for at least 10 hours..
Venegr + oil3. Lime juice . Sugar pepper powder. Salt. Coriander. Lettuce/ cabbage. Spring onion. Onion. Sprouted masoor dal/ dal.
