Hii sir what will be my stamp duty on 10 crores authorised capital during time of fresh new private limited company incorporation?
I want to keep 1 lakh as paid up capital and 10 crores as authorised capital while incorporating new private limited company because our project needs fund raising from external investors for expansion.
Kindly guide me sir.
