Iepf in my view is day light robbery in the current Indian corporate governance system. We talk about corporate governance and investor protection but how pathetic the authority IEPFA is being a subset of MCA dosent even recognize it its actions How much irony is the companies are given a timeline to file E-Verification report within 30days but IEPFA takes years nd years to approve a IEPF claim and the situation remains uncertain. I feel a PIL is the need if the hour against this corrupt government authority.

Or me yehi chahata hu ki mca close kare because i don't have money to close it 😢
