I think in gear 5 Luffy will change his red series of attacks to a sun series of attacks. Like Sun Hawk or Sun Roc with white flames instead of red flames.
Love the discussion but I need to get this out. Please stop saying "If this character gets Haki /ryuo" Every single living thing has Haki. This was stated multiple times. Everyone has it. Some know how to use it and some don't. Also there's no such thing as advanced conquerors ryuo /Haki. That's made up bs. There's no advanced conquerors coating bs that's just fanboys yappin. It's never stated in the story once. Ryuo is pronounced RYU like from street fighter and then O RYU-O. Not RIO that's not what hyogoro the flower said to luffy. Also it's not a form of conquerors. Ryuo is merely what the ancient isolated people of wano call Haki. It's not some crazy advanced shit it's just the offensive form of armament. Even sentomaru used this pre time skip and reyleigh. It's nothing too advanced
If ryou was never mentioned in the story then why did luffy have a whole training segment trying to learn it with hyogoro?! It's literally animated entirely differently from any other haki we've seen before too. It seems pretty clear that oda wants this to be a unique technique different from normal haki or even conq haki.
