Wow! This is news to me. Very cool. I wonder If it's possible to add more folds with feedback. I don't have any Q018s but going to try this with some other things. Also curious how someone tripped over this "by accident".
Dot.com is currently porting their modules over to virtual modules for CVC Rack. (Not available yet as of this message) The person making the models discovered this while testing. He emailed Mike asking if this was normal. Mike tried it and sure enough, it does work. He passed it on to me so…now y’all have it!😎
@@geoelectro I tried this on the Behringer 2600 and couldn't get it to fold. Maybe I'm doing something wrong or you need a certain kind of VCA. I was getting some interesting waveshaping though. This backwards VCA thing is worth exploring.
Oooh, exciting ! Thanks for sharing this George. Time to experiment 😁
Love all that harmonic content at the end! Great video, George!
Yeah, this was a cool discovery. And, someone watched to the end!😂😂

I’ll try the feedback angle and let you know. Good tip!

I tried several feedback methods but they just modified the wave without adding any more folds.
Great tip George. I will try with the Behringer System 55
