Minimalist packing is such a talent! Have you tried using a duffle bag for your travel? I recommend using the Bento Bag from Nomad Lane. I've been using this bag for months now and it is such a hack. It has a trolley sleeve feature and it fits under the seat too! makes your travel more convenient and effortless and it packs like a suitcase too!
you can use packing cubes the one that can compressed .. or u can do the folding method or roll method to fit a lot in your backpack 😊💕

Good job packing in personal item. I would wear the crossbody bag on flight....and take even less hair products (I have curly hair too).
I do the same thing for my airport outfit 😊 comfortable there and back
To keep my shoes away from clothing, I use an eagle creek travel bag that is made for footwear.
