This track express so much things from now to my childhood. A kind of musical retrospective.
Work plan was :
Tuesday - Sequencing ideas,
Wednesday : Jamming with ideas,
Thursday : Jamming again, building and recording (lots of take before the good one !)
Friday : Enjoy :)
TR8S : Drums only
MC307 : bass, pad, lead, arp, withe noise.
No midi messages but the clock.
MC307 to TR8S ext in to soundcraft signature 10.
One pattern jam,
No post processing.

@@dmallegro613 Like all my vids, this is mixed in the box. MC307 goes to external in, which I apply sidechain fx of tr8s. Only a bit of limiter in post processing to gain little dbs to sound louder here 😊 Best advice I can give is to have a good balance in the first place, but I'm still struggling and things not always work like I want them to 😆 For what I hear from you, you already sound clean man 👌

J'aime beaucoup. Magnifique pad ! Ça me donne envie de ressortir ma vieille MC-505, notamment le son de basse du morceau qui est très caractéristique de ces instruments. Mais côté pads, je n'ai jamais été très doué pour en programmer des bons sur la 505 et les quelques uns fournis de base sont très limités et pas terribles dans l'ensemble.
Merci !!🙏 Pour les pads, je joue avec les paramètres d'enveloppes et effets reverb / delay pour me rapprocher de ce que je veux, parfois un peu de chorus .. je connais pas trop la 505 mais je pense que les sons sont assez similaires :)

Wow! No post processing or external effects? An how come many say MC307 sounds like crap :) would u recommend one?
It really depends on what you are looking for in sounds, workflow, capabilities. But yeah I love its sound, especially synths. Mc307 provides all synth parts here, all on its own, just applied the sidechain of tr8s on it, that's all :)

I self-released it on my bandcamp page since a long time, and put the link in description of the video, but it seems like it's not much effective.
