Yes he should be
After what I saw in the Seattle game , totally agree.
Hell yeah he should be RB1, I love having Motor on the roster as a mentor, but players like TT and Eric Gray are ready to stand up and carry the ball for this team. I know Gary had that fumble, but he's a damn good RB. Tyrone Tracy is the true Barkley replacement player. Yeah, I said it, time watch him shine like a new dime!
Hell yeah!! TT shows out and blew me away. You guys for the most part weren't around for the OJ era. The patience and seeing the gap unfold made OJ one of the greatest shows on turf. Watching TT flashed back to the best running back I ever saw. Let's go!!
OJ is top 5 backs of all time. Guy was a beast.. literally lol. Tracy reminds me of Bell in his prime. Bells patience with the Steelers was truly amazing to watch. Doesn’t matter if u are a fan or not u can’t deny Bell was a site to see. HS and college coaches were telling Hbs to watch game film on Bell.. he changed the game at the time. There weren’t any hbs with his patience and burst along with the one cut ability. Tracy has some of those traits. He has great vision. Reminds me of Jamal Charles. Once they get him involved in the receiving game he could be a stud. He needs to gain 7-10 lbs though. To light to break tackles and needs to work on his balance. He is 25 is by far the biggest downside. He has to really put in the work now. Playing WR for 3 years in college helped him. That should have added a couple years to his career but 25 is 25. Henry is the only RB doing at an elite level at 27. I wish Tracy the best though
I called it after the draft. Tracy is a beast and does a good job of figuring out where positive yards are at without getting too cute.
That's getting major contributions from our top 5 picks, which is how you become a good team.
He's impressed a lot of people.
Giants fan here... to my eyes, he's gifted with elite vision, with very nimble and light feet. He's not as explosive, and may not have Saquon's top end speed, but he appears to be very good at negotiating the line of scrimmage, and finding an opening with above average acceleration. His vision and cutting ability at the line of scrimmage could make him very dangerous, and potentially opens up another dimension in this offence. You can only imagine that he'll get better at RB with more touches and experience, and may be the steal of the draft for the Giants.
I certainly would let him start the next game!!!
It was one game, one year of experience as running back, I think he will be the next Alvin Kamara, dual threat, they will bring him along slowly, Hyatt will be a factor later in the season
He also switch’s the ball between hands when he runs helps prevent fumbles where as single tary only carries it in the right hand never switches it an never has it high an tight
Was just about to comment this . Baddog always calls it out
I think his history a WR helps explain his vision skills. He likely was good at YAC yardage. He also is quickly heading north when he sees open field. Seems like a real nice player and hope he continues to get touches
So all the haters & doubters piled on the Giants for losing to “mediocre Vikings” & that we stupidly let Saquon go while extending Daniel Jones.
Turns out the Vikings aren’t so mediocre & we have 3 good RBs in Singletary, Gray & Tracy. Oh & Jones has played great. Amazing what happens when you have a good Oline, some weapons & a good offensive system. We could easily be at least 3-2 if not for having no kicker against the new media darling, the Commanders. The critics piled on all the criticism on Jones but aren’t so quick to give him any credit.
How about Schoen’s 2024 draft?
Rd 1 WR Malik Nabers is a top #1 WR
Rd 2 Safety Tyler Nubin is a starter
Rd 3 CB Dru Phillips has been a stud at nickel
Rd 4 Athletic freak TE Theo Johnson is the starting TE & improved every week
Rd 5 RB Tyrone Tracy Jr lit it up in Week 5 with 120+ yards
This team has a lot of young talent but also a nice mix of veterans to balance the roster. They’re tough, smart, gritty & full of heart but it looks like they’re gelling. If they keep working & improving we could be a decent team. Let’s Go Giants!
Before I go praising TMoney, Gray got the offense rolling with screen passes. Gray skill set is he's explosive running and catching ball out backfield out of shotgun and spread field - the offense he ran in college, his big plays in preseason I believe were in shotgun and Devito had big play with him matched up vs lb. Gray just needs hold on to ball and get opportunities in passing game.
TMoney has upright style, Ricky Watters type of back with reciever background, his balance through contact reminds me of Sterling Sharpe and Deboo. TMoney presses the whole, he makes a 5 yard run, a 10-20 yard chunk play. Where as Motor, has plays where he ran and caused ol getting holding calls. Motor is good back and should get touches but TMoney should definitely get main and big play reps, short yardage.
Giants definitely should use some quick misdirection with Robinson and Nabers in run game when they get the defense exhausted and create fakes but not get too cute or far backfield.
Giants excel when they run out of spread, the interior of giants is not built physically to dominate, more movement type line. Giants goal for next off season is to get a RT to kick JE72 inside or get power guard, to run power on the inside.
As long as he can pass block too. He has my vote.
He is very good for this, only being his second year as a back, bro....
Great vid
Yes, he's good
He is the future Gray too
Singletary may have got 100 yards but he also fumbles saquan had 3 career giant fumbles in his 6 years and Singletary has 4 already so.... let's go tyrone!!!!!
singletary has 4 fumbles this year?? or just his time with the giants?
@@itsBuckeyeDK he has 4 fumbles in 4 games bro straight pathetic his career is probably much much higher
@@T9XVegeta oh yea Tyrone Tracy to the moon bro
Tracy should be included into the lineup much more. Singletary should be a third down back.
One good game now less see if he can continue!! Go G -MEN!!!
No, ride the hot hand like Coughlin used to do. Coughlin could always figure out in the first possession who had the juice that game between Bradshaw & Jacobs.
I predict RB Tyronne Tracy Jr will have more than 5 Receptions in week 6 versus the Bengals . He is the next Kyren Williams . He was a wide receiver for 5 years in college and 1 year as Running. Don't ask me why he was in college for 6 years and is a 25 year old Rookie.
Cuts remind me of Tiki. A better blocker than Barkley his first year and years after actually. Thanks.
why dont they give jalen hyatt the ball more, why did they draft him then?
I think it's just because Daniel jones is not very good at the one and only route Hyatt can run
He's the #4 receiver behind 3 better options. Nabers, Wandale and Slayton.
If you're asking this question, then you obviously aren't paying attention to what insiders see at practice. Hyatt didn't put the route tree work in during the off-season. Needs to be more professional & show more hunger to earn his reps.
Can’t catch or get open
Been said that he’s raw
Definitely. The way he blocked also.😊
Carl Banks said he is similar to Tony Dorsett.
Yes… Hits the holes better, more patient and doesn’t hand cuff the offense being the highest paid players running and catching,
YES
Hes got the feet 🐾
RB1...yes
Needs more work in pass pro. Hard for a one year guy to grasp blocking assignments quickly. Once he does he'll be a dangerous 3 down back. He's a great change of pace back for now with spot starts if needed. Pending how the season goes could be enough to trade Singletary by the deadline.
Also I see an early Le'Veon Bell.
As a Rams fan from the 90s, this dude reminds me of Eric Dickerson
Devin is a 1 year stop gap player, give our young group the opps now. Need to grow our own talent. Eric has butter on his hands, always fumbling.
You have to show me a little bit more not just one game then he could be the starter
yeai think he still has room to grow. One game is promising but i agree, i need to see more. He looks pretty good
Daboll better not mess this up he needs to be starting rb immediately Singletary number 2 from here on out don’t F**k this up
Looks good, needs to add about 10 pounds
Anybody see Ahmaad Bradshaw in larger body?. Or is it just me?
Not yet
Eric gray should get 0% unless someone is hurt . I think Tracy will only get better with more touches and time .
How is Dante Miller. He's another dynamic running back and he has 4.27 speed. Could the Giants fit him into the offense?
@@Lazarusfactor Dante should at least replace gray on kickoff returns
facts. plus he played receiver for a minute. His adjustment to RB has been good hes gonna get better i say give him like 50/50 when singletary is back healthy then ride it out like that
no question. But its the Giants so i wouldn't be surprised if they let this stud rot on the bench
Seahawks D is terrible. Just gave up 36 points to 49ers.
This guy is looking like tiki in his prime. He's shifty and plays bigger than his size indicates
