Last season the Giants celebrated their 100th anniversary(which technically was their 99th season) with numerous festivities and activities during home games and went 1-8 at home. This is dysfunction and incompetence at its finest. I’m super happy for Saquon and Nick Gates, they gave it their all while they were Giants and never dogged it. Strahan and Toomer both won superbowl titles after suffering a blowout loss in their 1st superbowl against the Ravens in 2000 and have earned the right to have strong opinions. Strahan waving the eagles flag looks bad but the product the Giants put on the field looks 1000 times worse. So much needs to be fixed, one player can’t be expected to turn around the franchise unless the front office, coaching staff and players get their act together. The dumpster fire background is appropriate, that’s what we are and will be until there is an organizational structure put in place that leads to on field and off field success.

It is sad, I'm happy for both Odell and Now Saquan for getting rings. They deserved it. This organization has forgotten how to win.

Because the Giants organization is literally trash the last few years many people are tired of the Giants being sorry. We let saquon go and trade away Odell and many more jokers moves man. i’m 23, so i’ve experienced both superbowls as a kid, my loyalty runs deep. but i’m so numb it still hurts but it’s hard to care too much atp. i’ve even stopped watching a lot of games, this year i don’t watch a full game after the carolina embarrassment in germany.

This was unfortunate by Strahan. We loved him, but let's be honest did we ever really look at Strahan as a particularly high character, integrity guy? What is more of a disgrace is the empire state building lighting itself in eagles green. Like what? The whole city is turning into a bunch of front runners. If philly was playing Russia or something, that'd be different. Its only the Chiefs. The Chiefs arent caught up in scandals like new england was. Smh. Philly was a complete team before saquon and now they are set for a long time. I work in eagles territory and it sucks. The eagles organization has become what the nyg used to be. And that is.....foundationally solid.

I am becoming numb to this team, and for decades they were a VERY large part of my existence.

We are getting Stafford. That's the only/best good news that will hold us over until next season after keeping Meatboll and Schoen. Otherwise, keep that background.

I didn’t root for philly. Im a Giants fan all the way so i got no love for their success but kudos to them i guess 🤷🏻‍♂️… for now i will keep my head down till we become competitive again like the old Giants teams we grew up enjoying.

I say this, with the knowledge that when the QB I'm about to compare him to came out for the NFL Draft... I called that guy an inaccurate bust that would never make it in the NFL. Every issue Jalen has, this guy had. And they share a lot of strengths. And again, I absolutely HATED this QB when he was Drafted. He's a Shorter Josh Allen. He's a better runner... which is kind of crazy cause Allen can really run. When Josh was at the Combine, he was whiffing at the targets. I mean the stationary, where you throw the ball into the squares. Most QBs can hit the squares. There are like 3 of them on the net, and a Coach will tell you which one to go for. Josh wasn't missing the Square he was told to hit... he was missing the ENTIRE THING. I was blown away in a negative fashion seeing that. And yet, 2 years later... Josh Allen was an absolute beast. He still has INT issues, but that's forcing throws ala Favre and the occasional dumb decision... not because he can't throw a football. Now this doesn't mean Jalen ever gets any better at throwing the ball. But he's got a cannon, and he's got wheels. Kid has a chance.

Eli is not a hall of famer so can’t be snubbed. The definition of an average qb and game manager who got carried by a great defense. Most years he was terrible and he would never even be considered if he was not in New York. He should have been benched many years.

I’d welcome it. The Giants need some professional football players in the building, particularly at the QB position. I loved hearing Malik expound on this on radio row. The veteran presence of these two would do wonders for the locker room.

Initially was like “hell no” but after hearing you out, getting someone like Stafford takes the pressure off “needing” the top 2 and we can get. Guy like Milroe in the 2nd to sit and watch. Use that first pick on Mason Graham or Carter or another impact playmaker outside of QB. Definitely intrigued

Digge! We shouldn't be spending huge dollars on another wide receiver. This team needs to work with the guys they have in the room. Bryce Ford-Wheaton is a guy we need more from. Period. On offense. He should be WR#4 behind Nabers, Hyatt and Robinson. I didn't include Slayton because I think he'll get an offer that Joe Schoen won't match. For that reason I would sign a free agent receiver without breaking the bank. Spend some dollars, just not a lot. Stafford might be the perfect bridge QB or the guy to lead the Giants group of young receivers on a deep run. Fix the O-line and he'll throw it all over the field to everyone. My other top candidate is Jameis Winston. He's the guy I like the most with the potential to be more than just the bridge guy.

Ive said it in other chats, but I can definitely see something like this happening for the fact that I dont think Daboll & Schoen want to risk their make or break career season on a rookie QB in a weak class and/or a weak bridge QB. So my thinking is they could trade down to 6 with the Raiders to get extra picks and LV could get Sanders, then use the picks to trade for Stafford & Kupp and then kick the can down the road for a rookie QB next year in a better/deeper class.

We been trying to sign WRs to overcome our trash o line for over a decade now. We don't need another wr, we need linemen. We need to spend whatever money and resources we have on suring up both our lines.

Would cost at least this year’s 2nd round and next year’s first to get those 2. But Giants don’t have cap. If the Rams are taking some of that cap hit, will cost more draft capital/ young talent

I'd rather get Winston for a bridge qb and draft Ward or Sanders and keep resources for the draft. The cost isn't worth it, in my opinion.

The Rams will be looking to rob the hell out of Joe Schoen, and Schoen is dumb enough to accept the Rams demands, which will probably require a 1st round pick, and 2nd round pick, and an active player(s) from the Giants current roster. My answer is HELL NAH! Leek can dream all he wants, but that's not the way the Giants need to go. Schoen will do it to try and save his career (which should have ended after the 2023 season, and John Mara would probably give his nod of approval since Mara doesn't seem to have a clue. I'd rather draft a QB in the first round, and sign Jameis Winston for a year to be the backup to the rookie QB. Malik Nabers also said that the most important thing the Giants need to do is build the OL better to protect that QB, and offer blocks for the backfield. Getting Stafford and Kupp on his Maddens game or for his FF team, he do want he wants. For the Giants? Nah! Strong pass.
