if it is a new page then it counts as a new article, even if a disambiguation page) and requires the 4 day 10 edits before you can create it. You can still edit existing content however.

yes, but text only. Links and citations and any formatting need to be done using the Wikipedia 'Visual Editor' drop down menus. copy & paste in and out of wikipedia can generate html errors
also note that every page of wikipedia is open-licensed content so pasting any great big chunks of copyrighted text even in your draft area counts as copyright violation and will be flagged/removed accordingly. Write in your own words, attribute short quotes and cite everything you write.
@@davidcspence93 the title is specified when you create the article. So ideally you would only ever create an article with a page title that you were 100% happy with and were sure would work.

@Officialkelsy new editors should wait at least 4 days and make 10+ saved edits before expecting confirmed editor status. Longer and more edits will help. You can see how many saved edits you have in your Preferences when logged in

Is there a way I can create one that I could at least screenshot for me to have one and keep it for me to look at without having to actually post a real article up?

Page title means moving the page different namespace. Can be done but depends on reason for moving the page in first place
