I would be glad to have some guidance in this regard. I can not afford to establish a full plant as such but would be able to do it from home. Are there any possibilities, with just couple of lakhs may be. I would be able to employ some labour, as I am 60+.

Min area required for setting up bottle shredding ( to flakes) machine, sorting (manually before shredding), then cleaning etc. How much labour is needed, estimated cost of the whole process, till finished production. Thank you.

Because I also want to start this business, I'm from Kolkata, West Bengal Processing plant should have enough water availability and proper drainage system And my designed workshop will consume electricity as same as a big stand fan running minimum 10-12hrs per day Minimum 6 labors required for plant(unskilled labor also can work) And for waste collection, as much labor as you'll take, that much raw material you'll get
