INGREDIENTS
- 100g of butter
- 250g of wheat flour
- 30g of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of milk (30 ml)
- 1 pinch of salt or to taste
- 1 opening mold (22cm in diameter)

Preheat your oven to 180°C for 10 minutes.
Leave the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes before putting it in the oven.
