    Amazing video as usual! The clip of the lions man jelly is unbelievable. Of course the GPO’s too! But my absolute favourite… the Steller sea lions. I’ll never forget that special dive ❤️

    Great compilation! Love the GPO and Wolf Eel in action shots. Also did not expect that unfortunate sea lion at the end 😮

      Thanks! Definitely took me a while to put together! GPO and wolf eel just never get old really! Always a treat to see on a dive! I've seen bones before, but that was my first time seeing a dead sea lion still pretty intact. Was pretty eerie.

    You’ve seen so many different species ! Most people aren’t aware of the vast number of beautiful fish in the PNW. Thanks for introducing us ! The spiny lumpsucker looks like it should be a character from a Disney film ! 😂

    Get yourself a magnifying glass, look close in the Crimson Anemone and see the Glass Shrimp. One of my faves.

      Interesting idea! You actually dive with a magnifying glass? I've never thought about that, but could definitely be fun! I love shrimp!

    Great work capturing Mr and Mrs. Eel.
    I have recently moved to Vancouver and would love to go diving this summer. Can you please suggest me some fantastic dive sites?
    Also, to capture these beautiful clips, what filming accessories did you use?
    Best,
    Rachit 🐡

    • @scubamax
      @scubamax  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Rachit, I've never been diving near Vancouver, only around Vancouver Island, but I hear Porteau Cove is fun out there! I can give you lots of dive site recommendations on Vancouver Island if you ever cone over here.
      As for filming, I just use a simple gopro. Was using an 8 previously but upgraded to an 11 this year. I also use 2 x 2000 lumens Sola video lights and a macro lens.
      Hope you enjoy your new home in Vancouver 😊
