    Lets take a look at Joe Biden’s First week in office and highlight a few of his executive orders. Namely the extension of the federal eviction moratorium due to Covid-19. Lets take a look at the massive amount of news coverage for renters and the lack of news coverage for how these moratoriums affect landlords across the nation. Finally, I will give landlords two tips to help retain paying renters and to get some relief from the eviction moratorium.

    This is an easy fix. If a TENANT was effected by COVID can prove that they were the Government should issue HUD Rent vouchers. For those that were not effected they should be prosecuted to the extent of the law

      Government should, but that doesn’t always happen and it definitely doesn’t happen fast. Also you house would have to qualify for section 8, be inspected, etc etc.

    75% of ALL Americans live month to month and this will never stop as people live beyond their means. STOP living month to month and live within your means. Property owners are not your personal bank account.
