It means your lead isn’t connecting properly!! Make sure it’s plugged the full way in, if it is, and it’s still not working, make sure the connection isn’t corroded, otherwise, it can be sent away to the repair center! Or you can order and replace the lead if you think that is the issue!
We've had one and it has quit working twice probably used it 10 times. First time screen quit working sent off for warranty. last time the "sealed" camera lens got oil or diesel in it and couldn't see anything. these are Chinese junk
Although I can’t speak for where they’re made because I don’t have one in front of me to check the country of origin, I can guarantee you they are water resistant up to 10 feet! So if you did have an issue, hopefully it was resolved quickly! Definitely not junk.
Thank you for the demo, going to order myself one
You should!!
Thanks Joseph..👍
WHAT IS THE THAT BLACK MESH CIRCLE ON THE LEFT OF THE MACHINE?
Just a thumb divot! No particular purpose that I’ve found yet!
Mine got a lead end photo and a 🚫 around it. What does that mean?

@@SnaponToolsJosephHull says China right on it. And no it's out of warranty, so would have to replace
If it’s just the wand, you can order a replacement wand. You shouldn’t have to replace the whole unit!
Plus, there is a flat rate repair for them, and a full two year replacement warranty, so if you’ve only used a few times, it shouldn’t be that old!
@@SnaponToolsJosephHull the wand is 430 over half the cost of a whole unit. For that much money it should last more than a handful of times.
