    Best content I have seen in a minute. Thanks for really giving the real. At 62 I still try hard to push my limits. Have a long military backstory but, who doesn’t. Just glad to be able to get some great information. To continue doing the stuff I do.

    Can’t get enough of it. After 16 years active duty and now full time law enforcement, my lower back has kicked my ass. These movements have helped me tremendously. Worth every penny.

    I could not agree more, fellas. Struggled last week. Felt more connected like there was a crescendo to the week that culminated on leg day (Thursday)!

    the fact that DJ can do a 48 vert is unreal too me, mind you im 5'9" so i feel hes just jumping over me

    i've done those standing presses off and on for a while. i forget where i first saw them, think it was i saw AthleanX using Jammer arms and i went down a rabbit hole on Google. but ive done them a few times at my gym (its a fancy globo gym type gym that fun fact, John "War Poet" Lovell from Warrior Poet Society used to workout before COVID and he went off to buy his homestead in the country), they have olympic rings between some of their racks so i just steal the straps to setup this exercise. prior to that i was using some lash straps i bought from Harbor Freight instead of oly ring straps. one of the other gym bros, who i dont know his name but know hes a retired firefighter, saw me doing these and came over to try it. a few days later i saw him doing these and just gave him the head nod of approval. now, that said, i've never tried these with bands. will have to see how i can set that up next time. also, gonna give those banded sled pulls a try too.
