honestly find it kinda sad you call that space spacious and lot of extra visual noise in the messy kitchen... but thats reality in HK I guess. its cozy and a lot to be grateful for but for the price compared to other places in the world (even an hour away in Shenzhen) its just so small
@@OMFGLOLROTFLWTF You shouldn’t feel sad about me haha I am totally happy with the apartment! We can’t compare hk apartments to other places due to high demand and little land available, that’s just the reality we have to accept in hk :) of course elsewhere is much cheaper but salaries (even in shenzhen) are way less as well!
With that cool facility and amenities.. in SG the same price will only get you 1 master bedroom (co-sharing) with roommates. I guess that price you pay is pretty ok! 😊
I think it’s also because this apartment not in the central part area of HK, if moving to the more central area , could be a size of a studio (with no bedroom)
@@DHARMIK_M depends on your appetite. 50k is enough to pay for rent, gym, go out every week and set some money aside and invest. maybe not enough to go on frequent trips. Average salary in hk is about 35K so idk where you friend got 80K figure from. But again there are all kinds of jobs with all kinds of salaries
My fave kinds of videooooos
Glad you loved it❤
Love the views, and the rooftop garden as well as all the facilities 👍🏻🥰
@@ExLibris-Alys it’s lovely indeed!
that view is heavenly!
Wooohooo! Loved this video!
Yay! Thank you!
Very beautiful building and view. If yo do a better job organising and cleaning/decluttering you will have a nice space.
Thanks! We were moving out that week so it was quite a mess

Thank youu❤❤❤

Yea the “extra visual noise” part got me
@@Queen-rx5kf there isn’t much extra visual noice without all my stuff, we were about to move out so it was a bit messy haha

is $50K HKD a good salary in HK? Per Month!
